Ordered 13 piece meal...chicken was greasey and not crispy. .fries were cold...Macaroni salad was gross...I would of returned the order if drive wasn't so far back....won't be going back
Wanted the grilled chicken sandwich like the commercial. Received boiled piece of chicken on a hamburg bun with sauce....Other guest had three piece chicken . Stuck to his hands it was so greasy

We were having a birthday party and needed alot of chicken so we called ahead, they put us on hold and forgot about us.
They just put the phone on the counter.
We were on hold for 25 mins.
I just drove down there, phone was still on the counter, and of course with the quantity of chicken we needed they said I'd be waiting for 20 mins.
