Came in at 9:30 pm. The girl at the counter was very polite and friendly. She said the order would take about 15 minutes, I said fine we will wait. When we got the food I asked her while she was mopping the door if I could get some forks. She washed her hands properly and then handed me the fork. I said thank you for being so clean. She definitely has her food handlers certification.

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant, the women taking my order was very rude and rushy. She messed up my order and would not fix the problem, not only would she not fix it but she refused a refund! Three of my meals were completely different from what I order and were wrong! Then I proceeded to make a separate order for my redbulls and gave me Pepsi. On the receipt said red bull and she still refused to help me correct my order! Definitely would not recommend this restaurant absolute worst experience I’ve had. Can’t believe the customer service they have, very disappointed in their staff so rude!

I am so disappointed in the store. I ordered 2 combos and an extra sandwich on the side through the website and never received the order. The order was delivered through a third party who confirmed they delivered it to the wrong address. I asked for my food to be resent instead of a refund and the store refused to do so. The worst customer service I received in a very long time. Not pleased at all.

This is canada and pls give a smile and talk to your customer with respect.Mary brown's other location is not like this, they are friendly. I love their chicken but if the counter person will be like her, you will be loosing a lot of customer.
I was going through the menu and I saw wings and I was hoping before that wings would be an added item. I ordered 6 wings(swicy sauce) combo, taters(small), bottled Mountain Dew, small fries, small Mac & Cheese Salad. I was hoping for the wings to be more well-done. So, I didn't like it much. The Fries and Taters were hot and nice. The Mac & Cheese salad was good. I will try another flavor on the wings for sure and I hope I can request well done as an option. I included pictures sorry for the ketchup on the fries but, its good too.

We ordered the batters box meal but were disappointed with the chicken. There were 3 small wings and 3 boney pieces, not much chicken at all. Even though they mention this is a value pick there was not much value there at 25 dollars.
