Low quality food in here now with the new owners. They cheap out on everything and the store is nowhere near what it used to be. Iv lived in this town for 35 years, mr sub used to great. Being that cheap isnt helping your business. What happened? I see the owner likes to reply to reviews, please reply and explain why your running this place into the ground by cheaping out like you do. Thanks.

I haven't been to a Mr Sub in a very long time. I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop by for something different. Overall my experience was positive. The store was clean and there were plenty of staff on hand. The pricing isn't terrible and seems to be a bit less than other chain sandwich shops.
I ordered the smoked meat sandwich. Overall it wasn't bad but I don't think I would order it again. The portion size for the meat seemed fairly small. It was a bit off putting seeing them throw the meat in the microwave to heat it up.

Recently attended the Lindsay store with a list of subs to be ordered….150$ worth approximately…brought a written list detailing specifics per sub …I was told not to bring a large order again …told us not to come at lunch time … I might add there were only 4 or 5 other customers in total some already served The employee was extremely rude and a few of the subs were incorrect There was no thank you for choosing us or for the business This store has lost our business d/t their rude employees

Stopped in for a late lunch sub and I will say that this location in Lindsay goes above and beyond most other locations I have been to. The 2 servers were super friendly and great to chat with. They also made my assorted sub perfectly as I ordered it. The freshest bun I have ever enjoyed for a sub. I will definitely stop back again when in Lindsay. Thanks for a great visit

September 29 my boyfriend and I had went to gets some subs for dinner. Waited almost 40 minutes in total just for two subs. The worker had just baked the bread and it wasn’t fully cooled so we had to wait awhile. She then goes on to make 5 wraps for the people behind but failing to offer us wraps in the first place. As well as my boyfriend’s bread was still raw at the end. Should really have people working in sub joints capable and able to do their jobs correctly. Probably won’t be going back.
