Used to come here all the time. We went yesterday and the service was atrocious. There was not one table sat in the whole restaurant, and about 10 people standing around waiting for take out orders. When asked, we told them we wanted to dine in, and they sat us at a table. The owners then started yelling at each other, and then one of them came over to ask if we had made a reservation which I thought was strange since the place was empty. Then the owners were yelling at each other again and one of them came back and told us to leave because all of a sudden they are "too busy" and are closed for dine in service? How can you treat your customers like this? We were in no rush and understand that food will be slow to come out if it's busy. But flat out telling us to leave? Wow.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVERJust came back from Lindsay after visiting my mother in her new apartment in town. Not too happy with the dinner that she ordered. It cost my mother over $75 and when we called to tell them that food was missing from the bag the young woman who answered the phone, thought it was OK to call me and my mother on the phone and I quote “fn liars”. What kind of business in Lindsay gets good reviews from customers? I don’t understand that when you called to complain and ask for the food that’s missing from your bag to be delivered and you’re called a liar and yelled at on the phone and the owner doesn’t even bother still too phone my mother back nor did my mom get a refund for the items missing or a credit on her account they hung up and did nothing. Totally disgusted with this restaurant.

This is my go to place for takeout food and for all you can eat sushi in Lindsay. The quality is better than any other options and the price is fair. I always enjoy the food, especially the lemon chicken and cheese wontons.

Called and placed order at 1:30pm to have delivered for 5:30. At 5:55 phoned and asked where my order was and was told it would be another 15-20mins the delivery guy hasn’t picked it up yet, so I drove down to pick it up and food wasn’t there and delivery magically picked it up within 10mins. Worst service ever.

Honestly, the restaurants name might even be an overstatement. It was overall OK at best. The food was obviously made cheap, with the maximum amount of rice/crispy bits and minimum amount of meats. We only ordered on two AYCE sheets, and they weren't exactly heavy orders, yet it took nearly two hours to receive all of our food. Our server was rarely around, even when it came time for the bill, which we got about 15 minutes after we finished despite being the only customers left. If I had to find a positive note, the atmosphere was quiet and clean. Despite a decent AYCE price, I would not recommend eating here.

We haven't been to the OK in years. Our neighbour told us that she loves it there, so we decided to give it another try. We went to eat in for supper. We were seated shortly after getting in the front door. They don't use traditional menus and gave us one take out menu for Chinese food and one for Japanese food even though we specifically said we only wanted Chinese. It was frustrating for the two of us to choose from one menu, so I got up and got another menu pamphlet from the front counter. We ordered a combination plate each and I ordered a wonton soup w/ chicken. The food came out in reasonable time. My issue was the spoon they gave me to eat the soup; it was a ladle like spoon (see photo). Every time I tried to eat with it, the broth dripped out of it. Sure, the ladle spoon was stylish, but I'll take functionality over style any time. Our food was really good and we had absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I'd eat their food anytime. Our waitress was pretty good and we had nothing bad to say about her either. The dining area is fairly drab but I have a feeling that they took their wall art down during Covid.
