My wife and i eat here often. The service is always great and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have an issue with a management decision. Next time im handed my food in a paper bag where the clerk tells me to keep my hand under im leaving the food with them without paying. I left my car and took my hand away for 2 seconds and it exploded poring my food out on the driveway. I'd love to post a picture soo people know what bags to avoid and management should go back to whatever bags they had before.

Really hate when you can't understand employees and can't get your order right.. then speak in there own language probably making fun of the customer. Use to come here alot. I'm done

The staff here for the past 6 months minimum have been the saddest, rudest and most off-putting group of people I have ever witnessed. My entire office, including myself have all had pitiful experiences here and won't be back. My latest visit that put me over the edge was on May 10 at around 4 pm.With the staff and prices, this place will be closed soon. Let's hope.

May 2 at 9;30 went to this store. They close at 10pm but the 2 men behind the counter looked very inconvenienced and they had everything packed up. New menu was a change for us. The fellow who served us was inpatient and rude. Terrible service. Will never go back !

I have ordered here at the Lindsay location by Doordash. Past I had ordered the Turkey Sub and recently had the Great Canadian Club, footlong, with the Habanero jack cheese instead of the cheddar. I do like the sandwich here and I will say like others that the footlong has definitely shrunk. My only issue is the sauce is usually in the opening of the bread so in the sandwich you don't get much of the sauce. Otherwise, I much preferred the Turkey Sandwich but, the ingredients on either sandwich were fresh. I would recommend to visit this location and see if the sandwich is good or not.

When there is a line up out the door you should use more than one toaster instead of not wanting to use both. Ridiculous to make people wait when you could be moving twice as fast

And this us what you serve your customers now ? This is what the sandwich looked like when I opened the wrapper. Sandwich was so dry even the sauce (the little I could find on it...and I added some of my own) and ton of veggies couldn't save it....literally fell apart when I tried to pick it up, tried eating with knife and fork without success....was only good for the garbage bin and thats where 3/4 of the sandwich ended up. Was inedible and a total waste of money.

I went in for lunch. My 1st time going to this location. It was a typical subway, nothing special and neither was the food. The subs are just small nowadays and the prices are cranked to the max. Definitely poor value and you'll likely be hungry after eating. The toppings looked sad and tasted like they were prepared days earlier..No more subs for this guy. I've had enough of crummy gross subways.

Don’t bother helping them out with busy times by pre ordering. They ignore the online orders!!!!!! 2 times in a row over 20 minutes past time was to be ready….. 50 minute wait for a pre order, not acceptable. They need to learn how to get themselves organized to complete orders!
