Friendly staff. The food, while tasty, disappointed in a different way. Swiss chalet used to be a family favourite. A great place to fuel up with a good portion for a reasonable price. Now it seems like the chicken quarters come from the Cornish game hens that are typically served as individual portions, barely more meat than on a wing. I understand inflation but this is pathetic tbh.

Did the chickens get loose or something we waited an hour and a half for our food and when it came it was ice cold the only good thing about this outing was the waiters kindness and most times you could drive to peterbrough and back before you got your meal.

Darlene is a true asset to your establishment. She is hardworking,friendly, efficient and truly makes you feel welcome. I am so happy when I get her section. You should do everything you can to keep her there as it would be a huge loss to lose her.

Online hours says open till 10pm but we came in at 8:45pm and we’re told we can’t be seated because they already pulled the chicken off and can’t serve us. This was after we stood at the host desk for 10mins. Appreciate the delivery driver letting us know but change yours hours or post them on the door at least.
We have been visiting this location several times and the food is well prepared and the service was also very good.
