The dining room was very busy and two servers could not come in for their shift. Other servers came in to cover for them. All the servers were hustling and trying to keep up. I felt they were doing an excellent job. The food did take a little longer than usual to arrive at the table, it was very good and hot.

This location is the slowest ever! Takes over 1 hour to get 2 quarter chicken dinner meals & spinach dip. Both quarter chicken dinners were like 1/16 dinners. With about 9 fries in each box. Spinach dip texture tasted like it was made 3 weeks ago and the chips to dip could smash boulders! $45 wasted!!

My grandchildren and I just visited and you should be absolutely disgusted by the conditions of the family washroom!!!! This was a Monday at 11:30am. We then went to go into the ladies bathroom instead and the stench made us completely turn around and leave before being able to use them. A foul fish/sewage smell. Your restaurant used to be a clean inviting place but now everything seems so dirty like no one cares. So sad
We ordered Swiss Chalet for 12 people, it was a big order! The food was excellent, it was delivered at the time we requested, the containers were labeled and there were no mistakes with the complicated order, and everything was hot. Thank you Swiss Chalet, you did great!

Every time we’ve ordered from here something is either wrong, burnt, or today they just decided not to make my order. The driver waited for 40 minutes for my order and they told them.. we don’t know how long it will take. It was the two can dine and one kids meal… not a huge order. Now it’s 730 at night and I have no dinner for my sick family.

What has happened to our Lindsay restaurant?? Was there tonight, not overly busy at all but the service was absolutely terrible! My son had to ask the poor bus girl to get out waitress TWICE! Such a shame
