Parking: Great parking. Just watch out for the people who come in off the street. They seem to like to drive in thru the drive thru exit going the wrong way.

DO NOT STOP HERE ON YOUR WAY TO WORK! If you are given the wrong item, they won't replace it or give money back unless you drive an hour back to their store and give them the order they messed up. Awful customer service, borderline theft.

I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to.The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. They all work together as an outstanding Team who sincerely care about their customers. I wish all Tim's locations had a team that were half as efficient as this Team is.
