I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to.The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. They all work together as an outstanding Team who sincerely care about their customers. I wish all Tim's locations had a team that were half as efficient as this Team is. It's always a pleasure seeing them...

They always make consistent ice coffees and I enjoy going here. But docked a star after today. As I began to drive away from the window after thanking them for my food and some extra napkins I asked for, the lady who handed me my food came back to the window and went "OK, you're lucky you're moving" as I just began to move away from the window and it sounded...threatening?
