Why would anyone want to pay these people more than minimum wage if they are only going to give you half your order only for you to find out when you get home. I'm not driving all the back cause these incompetent employees can't successfully fulfill a food order. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Went to Wendys and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker the worker was already being rude i pulled up to the window an the worker WILL, he was being disrespectful, dramatic and going on about “if you’re not ready to order then dont come here, you can go somewhere else.” and the window was open so it was loud and clear sorry not sorry will but just rude!!

This was a revisit from an earlier disappointment and the manger and staff hit a homerun this visit. Thank you for replacing my previous meal and making my visit much more enjoyable all around this time
Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The person taking the order was extremely rude and it took way too long to get one meal. Not one apology for the wait just practically threw the food in the car and walked away. Very disappointed.

There were only 2 people inside and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. The staff were not happy to be there and it was being projected to the customers and the customers service was awful to the couple after us. 4 breakfast combos for $45 and 2 of them were incorrect. It would be nice if orders were made properly and as ordered instead of receiving something incorrect. 5 people working and not a word spoken to each other. Unfortunate to see really
