Horrendous…if I wanted to pay for food and be at a place with the workers literally screaming bloody murder and running around like a bunch of children id go to the McDonald’s play place. I come to this location very frequently and I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. It’s always the same people. Always during the evening. Running around and screaming like children. People don’t come to a restaurant (fast food or not) not see PAID employees running around like children or screaming so loud you can hear them through the store weather it’s playing or not it’s super unprofessional and the professionalism was at its lowest. As I said I frequent this location but needless to say what I heard tonight and have witnessed during different visits has me concerned about weather or not management is really doing their job with “managing”. The people are always nice and writing this rewiew is pretty out of character for me but people should be able to enjoy their food or come through the drive through without having to hear or witness that type of behaviour from grown adults in their literal place of employment with that being said if their was a rating for professionalism it would be below one star

I was able to visit for a quick lunch the other day. I have not visited this location in quite a while. It seems like they have done a renovation on inside. Everything seems to be updated and looks great including the washroom. Overall my experience has been positive. The front counter staff are always friendly. The managers i have seen seem to always be either pre occupied or look like they are not super happy every visit. The food is consistent and the restaurant, washroom and parking lot are clean. The ice and drink dispenser doesn't seem to be working 100% which is a bit frustrating. Be prepared exiting onto to Kent St is sometimes a challenge depending on traffic.

You order ahead, get to the window, told it would be a few minutes for fries. No problem, till they told me to move ahead when nobody else was in the Drive Thru. Told them I would wait at the window. Fellow seemed bothered by the fact I would wait. They do that because of the timer, that doesn't stop till you leave the window. Food was mediocre.

Usually short or no drive thru queue, careful coming out as you will go through Tim's drive thru line who are usually respectful of that.

Ordered take out at 12:30 lunch time so you would expect hot food. Wrong got to the car and fries were warm so we proceeded through drive through and exchanged for hot ones. Then left and burgers were cold. Worst meal ever! I used to love Wendy's

This location (Lindsay Ontario) has got to be the worst place ever to get food. The burgers are always over cooked and dry. The fries are gross and under cooked and they never have baked potatoes during the dinner hour. They never offer a refund either for items they don't have.that I have paid for. And they never answer their phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'M DONE WITH WENDY'S.

The food was just okay .Service was absolutely not acceptable we told them table needed cleaning they questioned us and we said just a cloth we will clean it . Service was really poor there was eight of us will not go back.

Why would anyone want to pay these people more than minimum wage if they are only going to give you half your order only for you to find out when you get home. I'm not driving all the back cause these incompetent employees can't successfully fulfill a food order. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
