Great restaurant, cosy welcoming atmosphere, great food
New update as of July. Their rooms and accommodation burnt down which is very sad cuz this was a great location in Ferndale. You could reach almost every part of the Bruce Peninsula from it and the accommodations were really quite good given the area. I understand that they are intending to rebuild the rooms but it's still early days yet. I do wish them all the best. Their food and restaurant is still operational, I understand but check locally for any updates.
Nice little Cafe. We just had pie and a drink but it was nice and service was really good. Basic and wholesome.
Great butter tarts!
A wonderful little restaurant, fantastic pizza and great home made desserts. Went to lions head for vacation and this was the best place we ate
We didn't stay here, but we did grab dinner from the restaurant on our way back from Tobermory. We got the pulled pork sandwiches which were recommended to us by one of the servers. We also got the deep fried pickles. All was delicious! Great service. We had to do takeout because we had our dog with us, but it was a really cute restaurant.
Food was 5/5 in my opinion. Reminds me of an old country restaurant. It's that mom's home cooking type of food. Really good chicken pot pie, the fries were amazing as well. Mozza sticks are the best I've ever had. It doesn't seem like the inn is still operating. Would definitely go back for their food and the very reasonable prices that went with it.
People are very kind and welcoming. The restaurant had a nice vibe to it, especially the gift shop.
However the food is just terrible. Honestly we forced ourselves to eat it out of hunger from travelling all day.
We had the georgian bay fish, we think it was the most tasteless thing we tried, the mashed potatoes are on the same level too.
Chicken finger was the only thing that we thought was worth the 1 star.
We ordered bruschetta bread which was basically canned tomatoes drained and thrown on bread. The bread itself seemed homemade and good, was ruined by the toppings.
Turkey sandwich had a pile of miracle whip ontop and throughout. The bun was stale.
Bacon and eggs, eggs were cooked good, hashbrowns were boiled and thrown on a grill, no seasoning or flavor.
Water had floaties in it….
Has potential I guess, but not personally my recommendation. Unsure how this restaurant has a 4+ star rating
Food was horrible. The oil tasted and smelled stale. We told the waitress to tell the kitchen and the kitchens response was that they changed the oil this morning. The kids spaghetti was hard and flavourless. And the chicken parm was so hard we thought we will need a hammer.
Probably this is a small place in the middle of nowhere that’s why they are getting away with this quality of food.
We will neither come back or recommend.

I stopped by for supper with my family on Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised to be able to be seated so quickly!! The service was super quick and friendly!! The milkshakes were delicious and I loved that I could get bottled pop! I had the chicken parm and it was decent! The chicken was delicious but the pasta was nothing special.
I loved that there was a little gift shop in it! I will be back for a tree ornament one day!
Restaurant amazing food and service.
Great little spot to grab a bite to eat, food was great. Little gift shop off the side of the restaurant as well.
Their homemade pies are AMAZING!
Great Food and Service…
