I recently visited the drive-thru after midnight on our way to Wingham last Thursday and was impressed by the exceptional customer service from the guy at the window. He greeted me warmly and kept me updated on the wait for my burger combos. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the wait enjoyable, and his conversation with us was excellent. Kudos to him and the team for their outstanding service! I'll definitely be returning.

Had the best customer service experience here. Ordered a shake, but was told at the window they actually couldn't make it for me since they were out of an ingredient. Happens plenty of places right? Well they gave me a complimentary drink instead! That's never happened to me at a fast food spot before. Put a smile on my face.

I ordered on line. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant was full. There was a large ven of out of town workers showed up just before I arrived. There were only 4 Associates working and they were swamped. I waited patiently. The young guy that was out front was very apologetic to everyone and kept coming out with updates as well as more apologies. Although I waited longer than I should have, they did an awesome job of working under pressure. The food is A and W food but the work ethic was great to see. I didn't mind the wait and (along with other patrons) liked to see these guys put it together.

Dropped in with grandkids last night. Young chap who took our order was cheerful, pleasant and efficient, Food came up fairly quick and was correct. The ice machine for drinks wasn’t working. The dining room was roasting, I guess the a/c wasn’t on yet. Lucky we got a seat by the side door away from the windows. Also unfortunately the store was not clean, stuff on the floors and the condiment counter was a mess with crumbs and ketchup. Positive was the pleasant staff.

Was refused service at the inside counter because they were trying to catch up the drive-through. There were 8 people inside waiting and they said too bad to all of us. It was also like 35 degrees in the restaurant. Do you guys not have air conditioning.
