This location has wonderful staff who went out of their way to help remedy a problem caused by the app. Placed a mobile order on the app for the Listowel restaurant. The app completely messed things up and made two orders - one was wrong and the other was a partial. The staff inside were wonderful. However, at the time they were not able to change anything for me or refund. When I got home I wrote to (what I thought was) the head office. I was contacted by the Listowel manager within 12 hours. She sent me a giftcard to cover the extra order and extra items on the wrong order. The listowel restaurant was very kind and helpful, doing all they could you remedy things even though their hands were tied because of the malfunctioning app. The food was hot and our special orders of items were correct.

If you come here after 9 don’t waste your time, go to the gas station and get rubber sub it’ll be worth your while. waited 30 minutes for 2 poutines.

All of my experiences here over the last few weeks have been great interactions. At 530am the staff are friendly and polite. In the afternoon the staff are clearly working hard and focused on customer service. The best staff and customer service I have experienced from a fast food place in my life and it has been consistently great. Whoever is hiring and training here has done a wonderful job.
