Is this a burrito or a ball? Not sure what’s going on here. The male worker, I think his name was Duvin or something, just kept talking and asking random questions like he was filming a documentary about my lunch. Then he rolled my burrito into a perfect round ball. Am I supposed to eat this or play soccer with it? Being a regular here was clearly a mistake. Never coming back. I wish, I could rate you below 1 star. Poor customer service 🙌🏻

I had a falafel burrito bowl at Bar Burrito and it was so delicious! Great customer service as well. Dhruvin made my bowl and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

We picked up our online order at 9:05 (Sept 24) and 4 of our entrees had ground beef in them and all 4 had pink, uncooked meat. Very disappointing, as soon as it was noticed, we threw them out. So upsetting.
I usually am so happy with bar burrito's menu and have visited other locations, however- this was our first and last time visiting the Listowel location. I wish I had read the reviews on google for this location before ordering-I would have avoided it! I would suggest speaking to your staff-maybe retraining is in order. I have already emailed my review to the contact listed.

Terrible experience at barburrito(3rd sep 2025). The service was extremely poor,and the staff member(boy) working there was very rude and full of attitude.Instead of treating customers with respect, he replied in a disrespectful way.definitely not coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

We stopped in a burrito coming from Manitoulin Island, and the worker had a very strong accent. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself and she seemed annoyed by this, but I really couldn’t understand her so I felt she had an attitude… so we did our order with all the toppings on and then when it came to the sauces, my wife always gets several of the sauces and the lady says you’re only allowed 2. I have never ever heard of the limitation on sauces in any of the burrito places anyways…. Price was good. Food was OK but the server was not friendly at all.

I asked for gluten free due to an allergy ( I think the person in front of me had just got gluten free too) and the sever rolled his eyes.

We recently visited the store around 8:40 pm and first of all the employee who was there was trying that we don't order from them. Secondly, when we ordered she made the burrito supper spicy...she literally added 2 thick lines of spicy sauce. She should know the limit of the spicy sauce, how much to add as per human tolerance. I was unable to even finish my whole burrito. That was worst burrito of my life. She did that on purpose for sure. Furthermore, at the payment time, our card didn't worked for once, we asked if she could do it again, she said give me cash as I am a trainee I don't know how to fix it. We didn't had cash so she tried later after doing her other closing tasks, and guess what she was able to do it. We paid by card and even gave the tip. But after having the burrito we regret our decision. She ruined our evening to back home after tiring trip. Owner should ask their employees to take all the sauces and train them to respect all the customers. I wish I could give 0 reviews.

I'd love to leave a review about the food, but, while I patiently waited in line, online orders came in and were completed while I waited to even have my order taken. People in person should always take priority in the service industry and I could have gone two doors down and get Subway and eat my meal in the time it took them to acknowledge me, let alone even ask what I wanted. So I left.
