My mom and I were in dairy Queen March 13 2024 around 230 pm we ordered then my mom didn't here the order number right and omg the dirty look we got from the woman working also our onion rings were burnt and crunchy also my chicken strips were hard and dry.

I was so disappointed with my medium hot fudge sundae. They only put a bit of hot fudge on one side of the ice cream - I had to stretch it out to have enough for the ice cream. Didn't they used to put some in the bottom of the cup and all around the top? They really cheated out!!

Well, when we opened our meals last week and discovered there were no fries for either, I wrote to complain. Amy was very nice and said there would be complimentary meal coupons at the store for us. We went in today to get these (to go) and JUST WOW. We waited for a good 20 minutes after placing our order (and the girl finding the note that said free). When I asked if there was a problem with our food she said "there was a problem with them handing her the bag to get it to us". (???) We get home and both meals were ice cold. They had to be nuked to be edible. The bacon was raw and had to be peeled off and cooked in the microwave as well. My husband wouldn't even eat his as he was concerned about the quality and care.
THIS WAS AN ORDER TO MAKE UP FOR A BAD ORDER EXPERIENCE!! Instead of being great food it was lousy.
We used to tell everyone that this food was far superior to the competitor down the street...not any more. We won't be back.

Good service, had food made quick and staff was nice.The food wasnt great though. Fries had no flavour and were cold. Seemed like they werent fresh, Burger was not the best either.Will probably stick to getting ice cream from here and not getting food from now on

Went for ice cream, got chicken strips instead. All i can say is wow. Best fast food chicken strips around. The buffalo dip is good as well. Fries are standard but the chicken makes up for it. The drive thru was extremely slow but staffing issues are everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible

First time to try DQ today ever and was pleasantly surprised. Food was well priced, tasty & hot. Chicken was crunchy and tender. Used the drive thru and the young lady at the window was very friendly and efficient with a great big smile. That smile itself was worth the money. Great job folks.
