Finally brought my husband to Impressions Bakery in Listowel, and let’s just say he’s officially obsessed! The moment we walked in, we were hit with that warm, fresh-baked smell that screams ‘comfort.’ We got coffee and a latte, and sweets of course; each bite was better than the last. The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything tasted homemade in the best way. Safe to say, we’ll be making this a regular stop. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!

What can I say there special order cakes that are gluten free are amazing! At our party people could not believe it was GF. The rest of the bakery is unbelievable. Always a stop on the was thru Listowel.

I ended up in this small town and I had heard about this place from friends but when I bought this lemon bar from them I almost puked after the a few bites in, it started smelling like a wet dog or dog piss! They need to check sanitation in this shop because that was a super disgusting experience.

I don’t know where to start with my experience at impressions Bakery Cafe. Everything I tried was amazing!!! The 40 min road trip just to hit up their fry pies, cinnamon buns or my husbands favourite the strawberry cream cheese donut is well worth every minute spent on the road. This place is our new road trip fave!!!

I live in an apartment just above this place and go there often. Service is always quick and friendly, even when they're jam packed. Honestly, I should have left them a glowing review a long time ago. Finally decided to do it after trying their soft ginger molasses cookies, which are my new guilty pleasure. Also HIGHLY recommend the lemon sour cream pie if you're a citrus fan! Best lemon pie I've ever had.

Real cream! I cannot specify the joy of tasting real cream in a baked good from an ontario bakery usually,it's that whipped oil stuff. I had the stuffed diplomat donut and my hubby had the lemon handpie it also tasted amazing. We still have the cream puffs to go. But I think I can guarantee them just from tasting their other stuff.

My husband and I just recently discovered Impressions Bakery in Listowel and it is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We made the 45 minute drive this past weekend just to have it again and it did not disappoint. The brownies & donuts are to die for - there’s such an incredible selection as well. Everything in their display case looks delicious! We will most definitely be back (A LOT)

It’s been a week since we visited. To be honest it was very difficult to choose what to get. Everything looked so good. So I decided to try the peanut butter hand pie and I almost died — IT WAS SO GOOD! I had to buy some more to try at home and nothing disappointed me! This morning I just finished the peanut butter (yes , it was that good I brought home another one) and it’s really just glorious that I remembered to leave a review! Will definitely be back!!!

The thing that impresses me the most about Impressions is the consistency. Literally anything you buy is on point. By far, the best bakery I have ever been to. I love the thoughtful menu - they are constantly adding new things and they change with the season. Go. You won’t be disappointed.
