Finally brought my husband to Impressions Bakery in Listowel, and let’s just say he’s officially obsessed! The moment we walked in, we were hit with that warm, fresh-baked smell that screams ‘comfort.’ We got coffee and a latte, and sweets of course; each bite was better than the last. What can I say there special order cakes that are gluten free are amazing! At our party people could not believe it was GF. The rest of the bakery is unbelievable. Always a stop on the was thru Listowel.
