A friend told me about the vegan cheesecake and I’m so glad she did. So much flavour and so smooth and creamy. I can’t wait to try some of the dairy free fancy drinks and the fresh breads. I hope they continue to expand on the vegan menu.

Finally brought my husband to Impressions Bakery in Listowel, and let’s just say he’s officially obsessed! The moment we walked in, we were hit with that warm, fresh-baked smell that screams ‘comfort.’ We got coffee and a latte, and sweets of course; each bite was better than the last.
