I’m sorry I didn’t want to be that person I’m so disappointed the worst meal ever I’m actually shocked and embarrassed that I didn’t pick up on the fact that my 10 peace chicken order was filled within four minutes, so clearly that chicken had been sitting in a warmer It didn’t taste like Kentucky fried chicken. I haven’t had KFC in many years, but I remember the distinct taste of the chicken the chicken we got was very greasy and Flavourless. I’m certain that was because it had been sitting in a warmer the coleslaw tasted like vinegar so I can’t even rate the food because it was so bad I can’t even give it a star. It’s bothersome that I spent $37 for a meal that was so horrible. The bones were black Not sure what that means. Hopefully the owner reads the reviews because I think he’d be embarrassed that his food is not prepared for for the customers. It’s not like there was anybody ahead of me so I don’t know how long it was sitting in the warmer this was at 4:30 PM.

Order placed online 1hr before pick up. Did not start until I arrived had to wait 15 minutes for chicken to cook hopelessly incompetent place wss not even busy 6:00 o’clock on a Saturday and no chicken cooking.

The old lady working the counter was extremely rude, shouldn’t be working in customer service. Huffing and scoffing anytime someone talked to her. Her and the cook just throwing around the food. Chicken is dry AF.

Another thing is Halal Chicken is being used 100% where it should be OPTIONAL, just like other menus at other franchises for other foods. I will not purchase KFC any longer.
