I Ordered delivery. After the order came and was unpacking the meal, I noticed the drinks were missing as well as one other item. I called immediately. The phone was answered by some kid. When I explained that items were missing his reply was "Well I guess I can give store credit". I let him know this was unacceptable he then placed me on hold and did not return. Totally disregarded me as a customer and a person and took zero responsibility for the situation. After a while, I called back and luckily someone answered and had the delivery person deliver the missing items. This is totally unacceptable customer service. My meal was ruined. Worst customer experience ever in Listowel. Since the new owners took over it has gone down hill. I will never go back here and will always tell as everyone I know to stay away. Pathetic!!!

We have been several times and know how busy it can be so we arrived fairly early (5pm). It was not very busy (1/3 full). They could have put us (a group of 2) anywhere but put us right by the kitchen, beside the server area in the back corner. There were 2 phones constantly ringing right beside us, and at any given time there were 2-3 servers within 4' of us taking on the phone, or to each other so was impossible for us to have our own conversation. The food was cold, and dried out and a couple of dishes tasted funky. Wont be back.

It was a great atmosphere. Awesome staff. Always checking to see how their customers are doing and the chefs were always checking the quantity of the food. I would definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner here.
Best Chinese Buffet in our local area! We drove an hour to eat here. Staff are friendly and helpful, Buffet has amazing variety. Fresh , Hot Food, Clean Environment. We will be back!Vegetarian options: I was happy to see a variety of food that is suitable for a vegetarian diet!

Went for buffet, got there around 7, pretty well all the main dishes was empty and they weren't very willing to refill them.....veey disappointed, this is the 2nd time. Certainly will not rush back.our waitress was very nice tho.Family quarrels should not be done in front of customers
