Ordered a double quarter pounder, large fries with medium double double coffee. Food itself was hot tasty. However, I discovered later I got just a quarter pounder and not the double quarter pounder I had ordered and was charged for, but I had traveled too far to return and fix the issue. I read negative reviews too late and definitely won't be returning.

Unfortunately this location has continued to decline over the years. Probably 75% of the time my order is either missing something or has a wrong item. Easily the worst drive thru experience in town. Hopefully they read these reviews and can do better. This morning out of a breakfast combo and a coffee and muffin. The wrong sandwich in the bag (label was correct) and coffees were to be black, one had milk.

Holy cow. Im not the type of person to usually leave a review but today was ridiculous. After correcting the gentleman and arguing back and forth that I indeed want the meal, he kept taking it off and changing it to a single burger. I had him change it at least three times on the electronic menu in front of me and repetitively confirmed I wanted fries and a coke. There was a total of 4 items I ordered that were missing. I didn't get charged for the missing items but they lost at least 20 dollars in sales because they didn't add so many items. Get your shit together this is completely ridiculous.

We were here in the summer and the change table was broken and we told staff. It’s now 7 months later and still broken!!! Glad to hear our complaints are taken seriously and I’ll just have to change my baby in a car. She slid right off the change table if I put her on
They just did A GIANT RENOVATION and still didn’t replace it !!!!

Was so excited to finally get some McGriddles after craving them for so long. I placed a mobile order hoping to ensure I’d get exactly what I wanted. The truck ahead of me in drive threw took a couple minutes longer than expected, fine, no big deal. However, when I pulled up to the speaker at 11:01 asking for my food they said they couldn’t give me anything I wanted and I had to reorder my entire meal at the speaker. What was the point of the mobile order if I had to reorder new food because I was a minute late to the breakfast cutoff? Should have just got a refund.
