We were here in the summer and the change table was broken and we told staff. It’s now 7 months later and still broken!!! Glad to hear our complaints are taken seriously and I’ll just have to change my baby in a car. She slid right off the change table if I put her on
They just did A GIANT RENOVATION and still didn’t replace it !!!!

Was so excited to finally get some McGriddles after craving them for so long. I placed a mobile order hoping to ensure I’d get exactly what I wanted. The truck ahead of me in drive threw took a couple minutes longer than expected, fine, no big deal. However, when I pulled up to the speaker at 11:01 asking for my food they said they couldn’t give me anything I wanted and I had to reorder my entire meal at the speaker. What was the point of the mobile order if I had to reorder new food because I was a minute late to the breakfast cutoff? Should have just got a refund.

Kid-friendliness: All the kids I hung out with there were super friendly.
They should have someone better taking orders. According to this guy, you can't make snack wraps a meal... in the app you can. Just because you don't know how to do it, doesn't mean yall don't do it. A couple weeks ago a capable girl did it for me. Just because he was incompetent I paid an extra 8 bucks.

Really really really salty. I'm used to the food at McD's but my fries and burger were almost inedible. Because I'm an idiot, I ate it anyway and felt like garbage for a few hours.
Parking: They don’t wear gloves here at all they grab the food with their bare hands
