One of the cleanest, well run and organized McDonald's ive ever been to. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly and the food is hot and quick. .
You might get 1 of those things on a typical visit to another McDonald's but this one has all of them. Only criticism was that the fries were a little over salted but they were fine overall. The staff wcommunicate with their customer, for example if they have to make a substitution. Will definitely be going again when im in the area

Can't seem to get my order right. I always get dbl bigmac meal, dasani to drink, and 4 mcdoubles. Usually end up with a regular bigmac, or missing 1-2 mcdoubles. I check quick but end up checking the wrong thing. Like oh nice it is a double Mac, only to realize when I get home there is a mcdouble missing. I absolutely love the food so I can't seem to stop going...

Mason is an absolute pleasure to have serve. He’s polite, cheerful and has great customer service. You don’t have to repeat yourself 10 times as you do with other employees. When he speaks you can understand him!! Promote that boy!!!

The worker Taking our order messed it up and then gave us a lot of sass and was rude at the window. I later found out that her name was Megan. Her cleanliness was also gross with her hair all over the place aswell. I am aware that McDonald's is not a five star restaurant but workers should look clean and treat customers with respect when they made a mistake with their order. Not happy with this experience at all. The rest of the staff was lovely but that bad apple really stood out. I have heard a lot of people complain about this worker since she matchers their descriptions.

The staff is so unbelievably rude, both to customers and each other. At the drive thru, they act so annoyed. They either rush you, or take minutes to take your money!!! Unbelievable.

Just went to McDonalds, when I went to go take a bite of my ice cream a piece of the wooden spoon broke off and almost cut my mouth. If there's are the spoons that they use to mix the ice cream with, this is not okay. Think about it, if I gave that to my younger siblings they'd have a piece of wood in their mouth and crying. Not okay McDonalds. Not okay

We ordered 65 cheeseburgers and they even added five extra for us! Super friendly and accommodating with our order and great service overall I am super impressed!

Today Aug 29 Friday 6:30 PM When we arrived and provided our mobile order code, the staff member assisting us responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. She appeared to be joking and laughing at us, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. We had to repeat the code multiple times (approximately 4 to 5 times) before being taken seriously. The overall attitude was rude and not in line with the standard of customer service we expected. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve staff training and customer interactions in the future.
