I recently tried the Paneer Pizza and Chicken Caesar Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious in their own way.
The Paneer Pizza was a delightful vegetarian option—loaded with soft, well-marinated paneer cubes, perfectly balanced spices, and fresh veggies on a crispy crust. The flavors were bold yet comforting, with just the right amount of cheese that didn’t overpower the ingredients. A great pick for anyone who enjoys a tasty and satisfying vegetarian slice.
The Chicken Caesar Pizza was equally impressive. The tender grilled chicken paired beautifully with the creamy Caesar sauce, all on a warm, chewy base. Light yet filling, it was a refreshing alternative to the usual heavy meat pizzas.
Both options were well-made, fresh, and full of flavor. Highly recommended if you’re looking to try something beyond the usual pizza choices!

Tonight we ordered a paneer pizza, even though it wasn’t listed on the menu. The staff went out of their way to make it for us, and it turned out amazing — spicy and full of rich flavors! We used to drive to Kitchener for our orders, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be ordering from Listowel from now on. Great service and delicious food. Will visit again!

I am staying in Listowel for work and was bummed that no vegan options came up in the town. After doing a bit more research I was pleasantly surprised to see New orleans had a plant-based pizza section as well as an allergen chart if you want to build your own pizza. I am never sure if there is dairy in the crust or sauce and the allergen chart put my mind at ease. I ordered the Plant Based Garden Pesto and it was pretty good! I ordered online and picked up the pizza without any issues.

Dietary restrictions: We live out of town, and they delivered it to us
We have ordered from this location twice now. Our first time, I ordered online an hour in advance before I picked it up. I then had to wait over 20 minutes in store because it wasn’t ready yet. Which I usually don’t mind, it was busy so I understand that, but they weren’t very sympathetic or apologetic for the extra wait time and I was 8+ months pregnant.
We then decided to order again, like I said it was busy so I didn’t want to judge by the one off experience. We had a coupon for a free small garlic strip. When my husband went to pick up our order they wouldn’t honour the coupon because they upgraded us to a medium garlic strip without our knowledge. They then only charged us for a small and thought that was enough on their end. The thing is we wouldn’t have even ordered the garlic strips in the first place if we didn’t have the coupon.
When I called to see if we could bring the medium back and get the small so we could use the coupon and get a refund he said that they only charged us for a small but gave us a medium so that should be enough and that they gave us the coupon back so we can use it at a later date.
I know it’s not a super big deal but I was really not impressed with the lack of customer service or understanding.
