Horrible attitude from staff. The waitress was very pleasant. Bacon was equivalent to rubber. Was rushed out of the restaurant, and told I could only order certain dishes, mostly breakfast items, because they were going to be closing in an hour. Consistently poor customer service.

We just enjoyed a very delicious lunch! This was our first time at Roadhouse 23 and we were pleasantly surprised. Our server was quick witted and quite humorous! Both of our meals were ample in portions, quickly prepared and cooked to perfection. The Roadhouse is an older establishment but I found it nostalgic. It reminded me of restaurants from years ago. Solid food, good people and fair prices. We will happily support this community business again.

Very old place really needs an upgrade. We ordered breakfast and it took quite a while to come and there were only 7-8 others in the place. The peameal bacon was grilled, was black on one side and tough. The home fries were well done too. Ordered rye toast as an upgrade, I got 3 pieces and the end. Never got an end of bread before. That was our third and last time trying this place, first two were not much better.Parking: Easy parking

Disgusting. The server, unfriendly and cranky, pointed to a table in the center saying...all I got! There was a booth with a Windex bottle and a rag on it and I asked about that one. She walked away, another server came out, gave it a two second spray and walked away. We sat, ordered a coffee. I went to the washroom before ordering....omg.....came back, said we are outa here. The washroom was filth...I wouldn't even use it. This place used to be half decent…is now trashy and filthy.

In the same token if something is good, I spread the news. I was always satisfied with the food and service. Unfortunately yesterday I was not. If it wasn't for the pleasant server, I would not have accepted the takeout order. When I attempted to eat it, the rice was overcooked and looked like rice pudding. Half the meat that I've had before. Maybe this was a fluke, but I will not be back. Sorry. Something has gone wrong since the reopening.
