Went in at 9:10 in the am and couldn't get served. I waited 10-15 mins and shouted Hello and still couldn't get employees attention from back room where I could hear the radio and what sounded like them rearranging inventory. Wasted my whole break from my work .

Went to Subway and there was so much salt to that it was uneaten. Not able to return the sub to the store and they could care less. Buyer beware

Beautiful Disaster

I went to buy lunch today. There were two women working. First of all, They picked two completely torn apart bread to make the sub and then aggresively tore it apart to fill it. Later on, she warpped it so aggressively everything came out and the Subs were completely torn apart as soon as i opened them at work. Worst customer service!! 💔

Placed an order for pickup & the amount of toppings on each sub was insulting considering the price of a sandwich here. Staff are also extremely rude. If you clearly hate your job, find a different one.

I recently visited Subway and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a smile as soon as I walked in. They were patient and attentive, ensuring my order was made exactly to my liking.

The sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious. The bread was perfectly baked, and the ingredients were crisp and full of flavor. I could tell that the staff took pride in their work, as the presentation of the food was impeccable.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service.

I will definitely be returning to Subway and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. Thank you, Subway, for the wonderful experience!

I made a huge mistake and they tried force me to try another meni. I meant to Doby the order. I get mad at the offer and the choice. But you can't get mad at me for walking away. It's dumb of the both of us. I mean you've got your grandson right there with you and it's his dinner. But it's all right with me if she says yes. She must mean it. I know how how pissed I am all the time. Shouldn't do it be a bigger man

I recently had a disappointing experience at Listowel Subway. It was an online order. Despite my specific request for the "Sub" the employees completely disregarded my choice and threatened me to cancel and block my future order. Specifically Preet and Landyn they are really disrespectful and rude to me and Customer service was lacking, and it felt like they didn't care about delivering a satisfactory experience. I'll be reconsidering my future visits.

Wrost experience ever
I visit subway every other day because that’s my go to food
I always order the same thing at every subway location
Every other location makes my order with respect and love
No one ever showed me hate while creating my order
This was the first time for me to order at this subway but i regret to say that it was my last time for this store as well
The staff was very rude to me i don’t understand why
They were very abusive and started telling me to not to place such orders it seemed like they were not happy about working there
Felt like they don’t know how to talk to customers
Never ever going back to that store again in my life
