More often than not I go through this drive through and order a steeped tea double double and get coffee. Today I got what tastes like somebody started pouring coffee into the cup, realized half way through it’s supposed to be tea and switched half way through. The customer service at the window is AWFUL, Danica at the window had minimal interaction with us. And just shoved the tray out the window and closed it again before i could ask for the tea to be corrected. More concerned about keeping their drive thru times down then making sure their customers have what they need.

Ordered a bagle and cream cheese . When I drove away and grabbed it the cream cheese barley existed disappointed as other tim hortons you don't need a microscope to see the cream cheese may as well just had a plain bagle with nothing on it

Restaurant is reasonably clean, but I had to order my drink twice since. Nobody behind the counter spoke English as their first language and got mad at me when I asked them to speak clearly.

I just gave 5 star bcz m not gonna affect your rating! 15 mins ago i ordered steep tea 33 ,i know Steep tea is fresh for only 20 mins if its not fresh or cold please ask customer to wait,do not microwave it after 15 min its superhot ,after triple triple milk sugr ,i have not seen this type of superhot drink when i taste it ,,its super old pls dont be oversmart bcz we are drinking same drink from several years,thanks and please be truthful

I ordered steep tea today, September 30, 2024, at 5:50 PM, and the lady who took our order made a mistake. Instead of giving us steeped tea, they handed us coffee. When my partner gently asked her about the wrong order, she yelled at him. I also received no response when I took the drink, and her attitude was quite off-putting and arrogant. If you work in customer service, it's important to maintain a courteous demeanor, especially after making a mistake. We understand that jobs can be challenging, but kindness and respect should be a priority in customer interactions and in customer service field.
