Brown staff are clumsy, disrespectful, no customer service skills whatsoever.

I ordered my ice water in a plastic cup. Was refused a plastic cup even though I was paying for the cup. The manager was extremely rude and had 0 respect. Actually argued with me at the window over a cup. Noone wants water that tastes like a cardboard cup. This location has gone very down hill since all the new builds and the population went out the roof. Barely any employees can even understand English!

Ordered an everything bagel, none in stock, ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, none in stock. They said only plain or 12 Grain. ( was bagel maker out of order or? 2.30 pm!!!). I also ordered 2 spice muffins, you can see pic of one of them. Ordered a chicken wrap and medium frozen lemonade. I patiently waited off to the side. The lady behind me ordered a chocolate donut. She received a strawberry and mentioned to the cashier her mistake. Cashier said “ you said strawberry - customer said, no I didn’t. Cashier said, “YES YOU DID”. I heard what customer ordered. It was chocolate. 2 orders later, I received my food order, no frozen lemonade. I approached cashier, “can I have my frozen lemonade? She said “I made it”. She made one and as she handed it to me stated curtly “I made it and put it on the counter”. “ Someone probably took it”. I said, “no you did not”. Again, in her abrupt tone stated “YES I DID”. Put it down and walked away. What is going on g on in this store? Help me understand where a salesperson gets off talking to a paying customer like this?!?

I am always going in the same place since 6 months and it was always good experience with Ravi-inder , very cheerful person always greet with warm welcome...some girls employees need to learn this skills from him in staff.

The taste of food was osm everything was fresh i went here from Brampton seriously there are a 100 percent difference in the taste best tim ever had thanks guys

Just been here once, went to get coffee + loaded box on drive through. Staff asked me to park upfront, gave me no reason. It was busy so I thought I'll just do it. I did, waited there for 15 minutes, nobody showed up. I went inside and asked what's happening. Staff went inside and from what I saw,they haven't started making my order yet. Waited another 5, gentleman came out, took my order directly to the car while I was standing there. He came back and said your order was delivered at the car. If it is gonna take more than 5 min, please tell the customer it is going to be a while so we can decide whether to continue with the order or no.

I ordered a BELT here and they didn't add the sauce. Now they charge 10 cents for ice cold water they never used to.

Only went here out of convenience. So many order messed up. On four occasions there was missing items inside of wraps and coffee tasted like machines were not cleaned regularly.
After going here regularly because of convenience I now drive extra down road to Impressions Cafe. Its worth it.

Never coming again people working around 5 am never get my order right
More often than not I go through this drive through and order a steeped tea double double and get coffee. Today I got what tastes like somebody started pouring coffee into the cup, realized half way through it’s supposed to be tea and switched half way through. The customer service at the window is AWFUL, Danica at the window had minimal interaction with us. And just shoved the tray out the window and closed it again before i could ask for the tea to be corrected. More concerned about keeping their drive thru times down then making sure their customers have what they need.
