I’m posting this comment just after returning from Tim Hortons,Mitchell road ,listowel. I asked for a coffee and an everything bagel,that lady staff was yelling at me while I’m ordering. Very rude behaviour. She don’t have the basic manners to approach a customer. I was so surprised how an employee of such a renowned shop can behave like this????I went there to pay and buy food. Not to beg for some food. Shame on Tim hortons.

Not sure what's happened at this location but it has gone downhill in the last 2 months. They frequently get my order wrong even when I correct them. This is very disappointing as I have been going here every day for 2 years now. They seem to get the food right but the beverage wrong. When ordering in the drive thru I ask for 2 cream and 2 sugar but they'll put sweetener on the board and I have to correct them. But then they don't stir the coffee so the sugar just sits on the bottom. This is getting so frustrating I will have to start going to the one in a different neighborhood. Do better Timmies!
