I’been living in Listowel since 4 years and regular customer of this tim hortons a lot of my friends works there and i always appreciate the service. There are some days people forget stuff or give me coffee which am alergic to instead of my tea but i totally understand that people are working with high work load. But Friday night 9:35 pm i ordered tea and got ice cold tea and wishing me merry Christmas in February. I don’t really appreciate his service hope i get better service in future because we pay for food and drinks and believe in treating everyone with respect.Regards .

Drive thru order today and take out in 10-15 business days. Service is slow as hell. Yet there were 10 people working in there.

When I used to order a bagel with cheddar cheese it would come with 2 slices. No if you want 2 slices you have to order double. And if the quality couldn't get any worse, the cheese is fully plastic.

I ordered 2 plain crossant toasted with butter and plain cream cheese. The guy took order but they only had one crossant at that moment. I said its okay give me a bagel. And after they did not toast the crossant just gave me like that. I said its cold. He said it does not say toasted... i said but i told the guy to toast it and then he said (so rudely) i cannot toast it i can heat it. i said okay just heat it. So you took the order of crossant toasted and then you are saying i cannot toast it. They were just gossiping with each other ... were not paying attention to customers properly. bad experience 2nd time.
