I had the 1888 Chicken Burger, it came with a side of mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. It was very good. The Anchor Inn was founded in 1890, and in my opinion it's one of the most famous pub eatery in Little Current. The food is very good (although I didn't try most of the items on the menu); it's also a busy place, so you either go early or late, but if you're by yourself it's easier to find a table (a group should call and reserve a table), the staff were very nice, and sometimes they can be fast on their feet but that's because there's so many people to attend to and plates of food to bring to the tables. After your meal you can take a walk on the boardwalk and look at the nice yachts anchored near the dock.

Went here with my 90year old Nana and my 65 year-old mom for my mom's birthday, the food was delicious, and they had a ramp that had been kind of closed they opened it up for ease, as my Nana walks but slowly and not many stairs... There was a bit of a wait but we went in following a big group of 16 who all were very particular ..
This is the kind of quaint yet delicious place you go to without changing your menu. The staff are all very nice and professional and the kitchen staff know what they're doing. The amenities are clean, and they set tables with fresh flowers, offer fresh desserts and a lot of their menu items are homemade.
The prices are great, we all ordered burgers so we got our fries as a large instead of individual sides to avoid tossing food - the fries are amazing crispy coated!
Overall with an additional starter, we paid less than $100 for a great afternoon out together.
The chairs are a little hard though

Terrible food, over cooked and over priced. The staff was extremely rude and not friendly. The owner was very sarcastic and condescending towards me and the same way towards her staff. Save your money and taste buds and go anywhere else but here.
