What a wonderful bar and restaurant! The food is delicious (gluten friendly options), the staff are warm and full of personality. Lastly, the bathrooms are immaculate. I can't wait to come back again for karaoke (visiting from Alberta).
After sharing an amazing meal with family tonight I felt compelled to share our experience with a personal review in the hopes it would motivate others to dine at this wonderful restaurant and very historic site.

I had the 1888 Chicken Burger, it came with a side of mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. It was very good. The Anchor Inn was founded in 1890, and in my opinion it's one of the most famous pub eatery in Little Current. The food is very good (although I didn't try most of the items on the menu); it's also a busy place, so you either go early or late, but if you're by yourself it's easier to find a table (a group should call and reserve a table), the staff...
