Dockside social is an excellent addition to Little Current and a much-needed alternative food venue. The pizzas are top notch. The menu is quite extensive for a small place. The turnaround on the pizza is very quick. The bar service is excellent. The staff are personable and helpful.

Dockside Social, nestled near the river in Little Current, offers an outdoor patio as their only seating option when we visited. Despite this, they were dog-friendly, which was a huge plus since we had our furry friend with us.
Their menu primarily consists of pizzas and sandwiches. We opted for the margherita, prosciutto, chicken, and Italy pizza. Each pizza was an absolute delight. The toppings were generously distributed, and the charred crust added a delightful extra layer of flavour.
Overall, the pizza was delicious, and the staff was friendly. They even allowed us to bring a cake to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Considering these factors, I highly recommend trying Dockside Social when you’re in Little Current.

Food service and atmosphere were all great. It was a little chilly outside but they had blankets out. The pizza was just what I needed on this trip of mostly mediocre food. We tried their famous pear pizza and it was good, but you really need to love strong cheeses for that. All pizzas we tried were well made. Would definitely return. Especially when the weather is nicer.

This outdoor restaurant has friendly staff and great views of the swing bridge. It is modern and clean and dog friendly. Best of all, the pizzas are amazing! We had three types at our table and they were all delicious- especially the gluten free pizza.

So disappointed, waited all summer to come and try out the dockside social. We stopped by on Monday sept 1st around 12:30 pm. Firstly the person at the window taking orders was sitting on his phone, talking to us but did not bother to even look up at us. We look at the menu, and one member of our party had dietary allergies. She is gluten free and dairy free. So we were excited to look at the gluten free section on the menu. All of the gluten free pizzas had white sauce on them, we asked the person at the window if we could have red sauce instead of the white sauce due to an allergy and before we could even finish our sentence he said no not possible. We told him that she had an allergy and he still said that the kitchen couldn’t make that substitution. That is pretty crazy if pizzas are being made to order, not sure why a simple substitution of red sauce instead of white sauce wasn’t possible. While deciding if there was anything else she could eat, we also sow the same person continue to be rude to other customers. In the end we left because we did not feel our business was wanted at this establishment. It was really disappointing because from what we have heard the food is great, and the people that have created this have worked hard. We really wanted to support it but unfortunately had a bad taste left in our mouth :(

We really enjoyed our visit to Dockside Social in Little Current. It’s a cute little venue with a relaxed vibe. We sat up on the upper deck, which gave us a perfect view of the boats and the famous swing bridge in action.
The ordering system is simple — you place your order at a window on the main floor, get a buzzer, and then pick it up when it’s ready. We had a couple of beers and shared a pizza, which was absolutely fabulous.
One thoughtful touch we loved was the basket of blankets they provide in case it gets chilly — such a nice detail for guests sitting outside.
Definitely a great spot to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the views!
