Loco Beanz Coffee House

Cute local coffee house with yummy food and great coffee. What's there not to like! If your looking for a grab and go option in town, you'll enjoy the home-cooking feel to the food menu! This is like 'Williams cafe' on a much smaller scale - they don't have a full kitchen and the staff are responsible for both barista and food service. Like a classic popular cafe, the crowd ebbs and flows, but we were in and out within 10-15 min.

I don't like to diss on a small shop. But no prices on their menus. We were on vacation passing through town. My husband ordered the breakfast wrap, had 1 piece of bacon, the egg was pre-made. I had their BLT wrap I asked for no cheese or mayo due to health issues. There was maybe 2 slices of tomato and bits of bacon and packed with iceberg lettuce. We had 2 med coffees. I was blown away by the price. $27.85. We were very disappointed in the lack of bacon in our sandwiches. It's not at all worth the price they are asking. They need to put more meat and need to put prices up. I believe they don't because you could go elsewhere for a full bacon and egg breakfast for the same money.

We saw a few of these businesses on the Island! We went to two while we were there. I am not a coffee drinker so I cannot comment on that side. The food was good though!

I visited Loco Beanz after hearing numerous recommendations about their coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming and did not live up to the hype. The coffee was average at best, nothing that stood out or made it worth the visit.

What made the experience worse was the customer service. The ladies behind the counter seemed disinterested in helping customers. They did not greet us and were more engaged in their own conversations than in assisting me. Their attitude came across as rude and unprofessional.

When it was time to pay, the cashier curtly said, "Debit." I asked if they accepted Visa, to which she responded, "It's the same thing," in a dismissive tone. It’s definitely not the same. I wouldn’t be dumb to ask the question if it was. With my years of experience in the service industry, I was taken aback by this kind of response. It's something I would never say to a customer, and it’s disappointing to be treated this way.

Stopped in for breakfast and coffee while visiting the island. It wasn't terribly busy as it was during off peak season, but the guy working there did not seem overly friendly. We ordered iced coffees and egg and cheese breakfast bagels. The iced coffee comes black and you can add your own cream/sugar. They had liquid cane sugar which was nice as granulated sugar is hard to dissolve in cold coffee. The bagel was a decent size and I liked that it came on a multi-grain bagel, but it was average tasting.
