Update Again today. Not sure Carol is the right person at the counter. She is about as friendly as barbed wire. Not sure what exactly is wrong but it seems this place is severely under staffed. No wonder the place is still filthy. I am in the waiting line and watching almost everybody double check their orders. Clearly this is an issue. Fast food? I think not. I am sure corporate is making a killing, and owners need to cut where they can to make money. I believe the monopoly in the island is the only reason this is accepted. Sad.
Beyond slow, and the place is filthy.

I went through drive thru and was talked to VERY RUDELY. Once I received my order it was completely wrong. I ordered Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese on the side and got Plain. I asked for double butter on my bagel it wasn't buttered at all. I ordered a LG coffee with three crean, one sugar and a Carmel shot and it had NO Carmel shot in it. I paid for what I ordered and they took my money and didn't give me what I ordered. The staff member who I asked if my order was correct just handed me my stuff and closed the door on my face without answering my question. I would not recommend this tim hortons. If you want to be treated like an idiot then go.
Seems like they are always training staff. Always out of muffins, etc by early afternoon. Once selection depleted, they don't seem to replenish. Sad, as they are loosing sales.

Not a lie .. tim hortens in little current Manitoulin Island... the worst coffee I have ever tasted from Tim's ! ... when stopped at Bridge.. dumped it ... most disgusting !! Ordered a large with 3 creams and 2 sweeteners... I do not know what that was ... watery with 1 cream .. sugar..I know the difference .. I am Diabetic. .. problem with order in the past .. get rid of the tall skinny kid with brown hair .. does not care about customers!!!
