One of the staff members who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a complete lack of basic etiquette, as they made rude faces and seemed uninterested in helping us. The overall attitude left a very negative impression. Management should focus on improving customer service and ensuring staff are properly trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

Update Again today. Not sure Carol is the right person at the counter. She is about as friendly as barbed wire. Not sure what exactly is wrong but it seems this place is severely under staffed. No wonder the place is still filthy. I am in the waiting line and watching almost everybody double check their orders. Clearly this is an issue. Fast food? I think not. I am sure corporate is making a killing, and owners need to cut where they can to make money. I believe the monopoly in the island is the only reason this is accepted. Sad.
Beyond slow, and the place is filthy.

I've just completed 14,000km of road trip in Canada. This Tim Hortons is the worst service. The rudist employees. And the most disgusting bathrooms. Worst one in the country
I went through drive thru and was talked to VERY RUDELY. Once I received my order it was completely wrong. I ordered Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese on the side and got Plain. I asked for double butter on my bagel it wasn't buttered at all. I ordered a LG coffee with three crean, one sugar and a Carmel shot and it had NO Carmel shot in it. I paid for what I ordered and they took my money and didn't give me what I ordered. The staff member who I asked if my order was correct just handed me my stuff and closed the door on my face without answering my question. I would not recommend this tim hortons. If you want to be treated like an idiot then go.
