On a road trip we pulled in for lunch. Although a little dark inside the atmosphere was good and the premises were very clean. Our watress was excellent. I found their prices a little high. We had the seniors fish and chips. The fish was rather small but very nicely cooked and not oily, good fries, colslaw so so price $18. It was a good experience.

Stopped in for a late breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the good food and friendly, efficient service. Located in a strip mall. Most of the customers appeared to be locals, which is a good sign. We did not sample the pizza.

Good prices huge portions. Burger was ok. I appreciate that the fries are crispy and no salt added.I ordered 50$ worth of take out which came with no utensils napkins or ketchup in a stapled bag. Promised 20 min it took almost 40 min.

I went to place an online order and I didn’t see the gravy option to add to my fries so I decided to call the restaurant itself and the lady who answered the phone told me I cannot get gravy.When I asked why I could not get gravy,she said because it’s not on the online menu and I asked can I possibly have some with my order and I will pay for it and she rudely told me no!I asked them if they made gravy she told me yes and I asked why I could not have it and she said because it’s not on the online menu as I told you.I then proceeded to tell her in a calm voice I’m really hungry and I want to order from your restaurant as I’ve never ordered there before,and if she couldn’t help me then I would have to go online and look for a different restaurant to order from and then the waitress or receptionist then told me enjoy that and have a great day once again with a very snarky rude Voice.The worst part about this whole experience was I was sitting at my desk at work and I started telling all the employees at my company about your restaurant and I was reading them the menu because everything just seems so great and then I called to order food and this is the experience I GetI am still blown away by this experience and it’s been 20 minutes since I called and I even tried to call to speak to a manager which I’m told the manager leaves at 2 o’clock every day.Makes this even worse is I’m sitting at work starving needing to eat and this is how this lady treats me, I think it’s time to hire some new staff if you ask meThank you and have a great dayI hope your bellies are all full because I know mine is not.
