Just ordered a simple steeped tea, instead I got old coffee (tasted burnt) and all the sugar was in a giant lump at the bottom

I’m not one to complain but my experience was mind blowing. whoever was taking drive through orders at 9:30am on november 13th is the rudest tim hortons employee I’ve probably ever heard. “what do you want? hello?! hold on! (we weren’t even talking fast) hello?! is that it? drive through (wasn’t done) ok drive through (still wasn’t done but gave up)” such an absolute rude tone in everything that was being said. I didn’t even get to ordering my drink. surprised she hasn’t been fired yet.
Used to go here everyday, until recently under new management. Manager named Chelsea is rude and gets mad at you for the wrong order. Twice in one week.

In the past year or more this store has steadily declined in both service and quality. I normally get a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side. What happens every time is either the coffee is watered down because staff like to interrupt the brew cycle to pour someone else's coffee and put it back, or they forget part or all of my side of cream/sugar. It's not really that difficult. For me it reflects entirely on poor management - nothing else.

Hey i went in tim Horton in lively I don’t even want to give this one star but I have to…. Very very bad experience. Manager was so rude with me . She threw the money at me . She was racism. She yelled on me . I felt really bad

Avoid this Tim Hortons. Set your GPS for Tim Hortons Lorne Street and you will be happy you did. Your welcome. The workers don't speak English. Terrible place. They don't care about you.

Ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich but got it without the turkey....not that mad cause I hav a BLT but if I paid for a turkey bacon club I'd expect a turkey bacon club.

I came to Tim’s at Sep 3rd 8:15pm at Naughton lively Sudbury Ontario and I ordered a croissant sandwich and it was served cold and I asked it to be reheated and I was given back Dry stretchy and crunchy sandwich. I need Tim Hortons to have staff who love their job .
Had a really difficult time talking to the person taking my order because of the rowdy conversation the rest of the staff were having behind the counter. Maybe one of them could have been cleaning the filthy washrooms. Oh, and the food was cold too.
