I’m not one to come on here and complain but My boyfriend & I went to lively Tim Hortants to get two bagels… one of our bagels had PLASTIC in it…. We were very disappointed & well to be honest grossed out :/ I have never had this happen to me and I’ve been going to the same Tim’s since I was a child, as I understand things happen I still wanted to warn people .

Sunday August 3 around 6:30 am we went through drive through and ordered 2 wraps and I customized one for my liking and they made it the normal way. I asked for no chipotle and asked for mayo instead but still got chipotle and a sausage wrap when I asked for a bacon one

I use mobile order several times a day at this location, and it’s never ready when I arrive. I end up waiting every single time, which completely defeats the point of using mobile ordering. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m on a tight schedule. This really needs improvement.

A Tims with a full stack of muffins, donuts etc!

Food was fresh but staff seemed confused (are they new?) and messed up my coffee order.

Employees dont know what toasted, or double toasted means, I continually get raw untoasted bread products here.

Can't make basic coffees here, save your money and go elsewhere

Staff did not see the order and miss everytime one item. Went drive through today and gave order of english muffin with egg and cheese. They added bacon inside. I already saw bacon selected in drive through screen and also verify with staff about not having bacon inside. Staff said no bacon inside but want to attach pic to show tim hortons management that your employees don’t see order details and making order in rush. On top of that, they charged chipotle sauce on the side, but didn’t provide me chipotle sause.

I want to tell all drive through customers, please check your order before leaving tim hortons in lively.
