No pup cups. Everyone else gives out pup cups except them. I can overlook that no problem, but when the new timbit comes out, and I go three times in a row where they have none...that's unforgivable. Worse, you don't find out till it's time to pay. Prove to me you can handle responsibility and you can have your stars back. Next time I stop by, you're either losing or gaining a star. It's up to you.

Very poor customer service. The staff was very unprofessional. I ordered a mocha latte and they gave me a hot chocolate cause “they were out of mocha latte”. Without even asking if I wanted a hot chocolate or not & then proceeded to slam the drink on the counter.

What even is this why put 80% cream in an iced coffee. This has been their coffees there consistently. Ask for 1/4 cream they put a drop of cream in. There is legit pre fill lines on the side of the cup. Tim’s manager talk to your employees about this not to mention it’s just wasting your money this much cream is horrendous.

Bathroom doors are not accessible. No buttons to open doors, doors are extremely heavy, doors can not be propped open with a crutch to be able to get in or out. I needed my family member to come open and hold door open for me to get in and out.
