Prices keep getting higher. Ordered a medium hot chocolate and was handed a medium coffee. When I returned it, I was given a medium hot chocolate that was watered down so bad that it was hard to taste the chocolate

Ordered chicken pizza with ranch. Got a pizza with all the condiments dumped in the centre so 4 of the six pieces were dry pita bread. Went back and asked them for another one. No they said. That's how they r made. I showed a picture from the menu board and they said too bad. 18 yr old manager was not interested in fixing it. Told me that's how we make them. She actually was the one who made it. I advised i would speak to the owner as we live in a small town and she did not care one bit. I went thru drive through again and ordered same thing and wow if the first pizza was a 2 out of 10...the 2nd one was a 5 and had to pay again. Brutal. I don't care about the money. Do ur job!!!

This older lady that was working was laughing at my best friends girlfriend for having a baby at a young age (even though shes 20) and she said its not the first time its happened there!! It’s ridiculous

Decent, restrooms were clean. I think they are understaffed as service could be really slow.
"I recently visited this branch with friends and had a disappointing encounter. Despite placing a large order, the staff member taking our order was rude and dismissive, especially towards my friend who doesn't speak English well. After realizing a missing item, I politely approached the staff, only to be met with confusion and contradictory responses about payment. Even though I had already paid for the missing item, they failed to acknowledge it. The situation was eventually resolved, but not without unnecessary inconvenience and a significant waste of time. Improvements in customer service and communication are needed to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.

I'd rate perhaps as a 2.5 but the service this morning was anything but friendly, just cold. In no way was I in a rush or anyone around me but the workers need to breath themselves and treat their customers with a little more politeness without giving the impression that they are running us through. After scanning and looking at my total, I was trying to inquire about whether it recognized my activation as there was an additional charge that shouldn't have been. She said it scans as a combo but that wasn't what I was inquiring about. Shuffled me through to the side and I felt pressured, I didn't ask for a receipt. While standing in front of my two drinks at the pick up stand waiting for food the comments they were making, "pick up your drinks, that's why people get confused" Just no front counter manners... Again, no one was rushing them or being rude so no need for them to put this pressure on themselves..
