Horrible place. The coffee never tastes the same. I even got a cold cup with all cream and sugar in it. No coffee at all. I usually go here twice daily. Not no more. Long Sault Tim Hortons should maybe have a few adults in there instead of rude kids that are miserable.

I've only ordered bagels, coffee and donuts but my low star review is because of the young man taking orders at the drive thru. He clearly HATES his job. His is curt, rude and very impolite. Sounds like the last place he wants to be is working at Tim's. I honestly don't expect all smiles and banter but geesh, don't sound like your mother JUST woke you up and you're very tired and upset about it!!

Traveled with a little one from burlington, purchased milk from this Tim's and they wouldn't let me use a microwave to warm it up to feed my little one. Policy or no policy my little one can't eat because they won't warm the food I bought from them.... pathetic.

Every time I go here, and that is almost every day, I order the same thing. A hazelnut cold brew. Every time I ask them please do not mix it. I never get it the way I ask for it. A couple weeks ago I think they forgot the coffee, it tasted like watered down milk and had 2 ice cubes. They always have an excuse. Today’s excuse was it’s probably the ratio of the ice. I told her that this is the only Tim Horton that cannot make a proper hazelnut cold brew. Every one in Cornwall can do it. All along the 401 they can do it ( we go to muskoka every three weeks). It’s so frustrating! It’s expensive and to not get what you want once in a while is acceptable. But to get what you asked for only once in a while is not ok.
