I always experience great service and excellent food from the New Orleans in Lucan. Tonight was especially pleasant in every way. I had a chat with the owner about ratings and what his goals are. From personal experience, I know the truth when he says he listens to customers issues and works to improve both the food and the service. Prior to the last several months, we didn't choose the New Orleans Pizza in Lucan to satisfy our pizza craving. But since the latest owner took over, everything has improved. The service is cheerful and friendly and genuinely pleased to serve customers. The owner is especially friendly and professional. Thank you for the tasty meal we had tonight. We will see you again soon. BTW You have to try their apple cinnamon dessert! It's delish.

Food is so hit or miss here, always feels like a gamble on if it will be good or not. They also recently must’ve changed their pepperoni and I am not a fan of the taste personally.
I personally prefer the Ilderton location!
