I live in Lucknow, I could be considered a “regular” & 3 times this week I have waited longer than 20 minutes in the drivethru - today (September 29th) I waited 31 minutes in the drive thru. This is completely unacceptable. I used to work at this tim hortons & it never used to be this way - I don’t know if new management is required to direct the students but maybe a little less gossiping and a little more focusing on work would be helpful (ps. students we can see you through the window& can see you talking instead of working) !!!

Who ever was taking order @ 11:30 on August 14th prob shouldn't be customer facing.

The minute I walked in, flys everywhere in the place, especially on the donuts and muffins. It’s unsanitary, there are workers all over the place. Someone ordered a muffin through drive through, I feel bad knowing they half to eat smth a fly has been walking all over

Id like to talk about one of the managers I think her name is Marcella, I don't remember. I am a come and go customer and the amount of yelling I hear coming from this manager and being disrespectful to some of the employees there, I swear its never addressed there and a huge concern for me. On Sunday I saw the baker freaking out about something and I noticed as it was around 12:30 I didn't see the afternoon baker there and the manager was freaking out as she was trying to leave to get home to her dog.
Every time I come In all I hear is criticism going towards the baker and telling her how to do her job on the weekends or whenever she's in, I feel like that one specific baker I think her name is Paige is being abused by this specific power this one manager holds and isn't backing down, when I was in Sunday I seen her put her foot down for her to leave and I seen her leaving in tears many times. I feel like this one specific manager isn't fair on her and something should be done. like whenever I hear this criticism towards this lovely baker she always kills her smile after
Paige brings amazing customer service to this location, her donuts are DELISH, Whenever she has helped me shes always brought 10/10 service, but whenever this manager I think her name is Marcella yells at her it kills her whole persona, please do something about this

Incompetent staff that is more rude than anything. They are incapable of getting and order right and don't care that they messed up. It appears they have no proper leader and nobody to answer to. The whole location needs proper training.

If I could give less stars I would. I have been there 3 times this week and only 1 time have I gotten my order proper. Tired of going to management and it going to dead ears who don't want to deal with it or hear it. I asked for my usual order of XL half French vanilla half double double. Only to get told its a mocha.. I think I know what I like to drink. My coffee came with no sugar or cream. But had French vanilla in it.

Staff there disgust me and my mom, one of the staff that works there has been extremely disrespectful and rude which the excuse I keep getting at window “it’s not a ish me and not an ish you” or the one night I came through with my mom and before one of the guys I think it was Ivan that quit he messed up the order and mom asked nicely for him to change what he had there and one of the students assumed that it was my mom giving him attitude, they messed up the order since they put the new guy on sandwich counter, I asked if a slow cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap and I got a classic chicken wrap with extra mayo which I couldn’t eat, my friend works at this location and I’ve heard so many issues happening here, service is also extremely slow which led me to be late to a bunch of events…I’m not impressed do better
