So - here is my absolute honest review. First of all, the wings are the best - so good.
The pizza - was good. My sister had the St. Lucia - and loved it. I had the Muskoka and it was good but not amazing.
The gist is - I know it’s wood fired - and I love that. But my one side was so black I couldn’t eat the crust. And - it was very thin and the sauce was plentiful so the centre fell apart.
That being said - the couple who own this place are AMAZING! Salt of the earth. I will definitely be back - and will recommend them 100%. This is such a little diamond in the rough …. (FYI - it was a gazillion degrees and I came early to pick up …. So they expedited for me super fast)
A must try at Gordon Marine!!!!

We had lunch there yesterday. It was hot as can be but my husband wanted to sit on the patio. Staff were super nice and brought drinks and refills fast. It was amazing! Pizza was cooked perfectly!! Will go back when in the area.

We had a great first time dining experience at Pie! The wings were delicious! They aren’t deep fried but rather smoked and cooked in the pizza oven. Yummy honey coating 😋 The mac and cheese was creamy and garlicky…perfect comfort food 🥰 Katherine, our lovely server, was a genuine gem and was personable and attentive our whole visit. We sat outside on the patio, overlooking the active waterfront 🏖️, enjoying the summer vibe. Fantastic overall! Highly recommended.

Amazing pizza! Kids who usually leave the normal crusts behind left nothing on their plate with pie wood fired pizza! Support local and enjoy an amazing meal!

We frequent the collingwood location. Excellent tasting wood fired pizzas! Our family recommends the hedgehog if you like a bit of spice.

Generally like the pizzas. However, I am disappointed that you have discontinued your penne bolognese. It was a always a great dish to share for our family meals at PIE. Large salad, 2 pizzas and large bowl of penne - our family favourite.
