FireHall Food Fun and Friends

Not a good experience! 10 of us only ones ordering food at the time. took forever just to take our drink order! once food finally arrived the fries were cold. the wings were cold not to mention a long black hair sitting on the plate. Another friends wings were still frozen in spots while the ones that were " slightly cooked' seemed like they had been cooked a few times over . they were tough. The kids chicken fingers were tough also. after 2 hours of being there my husband left along with a another friend with no food. Will not be returning

The fish tacos are kick ass and service is really good!

Had an amazing lunch with friends and several kids! Jo, our server, was fantastic – super friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was happy. The food was delicious, and the family-friendly vibe was perfect. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, cozy restaurant, with a welcome atmosphere. Jo served us and was one of the kindest servers I've ever had. The food was delicious (I had steak, my wife had a fish soup), and the room is open and has plenty of space for people to just stretch and relax without feeling crowded in. Just highly recommend this place if you are in the area (or even if you have to go a bit out of your way).

Stopped on our way back from a trip - Lee was a wonderful server and food was great!

Our happy and large group of 12 was cheerfully accommodated with some table juggling! Jo was fantastic and told us some history, funny, and spooky stories from the area and her personal 30km adventures!!!

We broke in the brand new Chef on his first day! Well done and thank you! We will for sure be back to enjoy the fun and comfortable atmosphere as well as the cheerful service!

So if you haven’t stopped by to visit the NEW Firehall restaurant in Madoc, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR!!!! Jo is the sweetest lady and the food, drink AND service is outstanding!!!! How many places boast HOMEMADE BURGERS as well as ALL homemade and locally sourced foods??!!?!? Even have Madri on tap!!! The homemade roasted red pepper soup was unbelievable!!!! Can’t WAIT to go back again and try a dinner!!!

Stopped in here for lunch with a friend, we had burgers, which were home made and very tasty, the waitress/manager was very efficient and friendly. The place seemed clean, the men's washroom was out of service, so had to use the women's washroom, it really could use a little (lot) of modernizing, and as the men's was closed, I'll assume that it could use some work too. This is another small restaurant that could be a great little place that would really compliment this town, if the 'out of town' new owners would just spend some money on it, time will tell.

We had our tops christmas dinner there it was amazing the cooks really did a beatifull job and Jo our waitress was great she could not do enough to keep every one happy

An absolute disappointment!
We waited 45 mins for food to arrive, was definitely not worth the wait!
The portions were substandard for price, fries were warm, food plated was sloppy.
It was very busy with just one server.
She was trying her best to keep up but continued to share with everyone how there was no dishwasher in, therefore no glasses, polished cutlery, etc., how she'd been working since opening, that there were 2 cooks trying to keep up, etc.
Perhaps it was an unusual busy evening but really?!!
Management definitely needs to take a look at staffing, food, etc., as there are many many restaurants that are definitely providing a higher quality of service & food.
Would not recommend & or return!

No complaints was just passing through the area my wife said the chicken Alfredo was some of the best she has ever had, prices are pretty good also
