The McDonald's in Madoc is a hub for traffic goers. It's the only restroom stop for miles in any direction. Food is solid, but it's usually a wait due to just how busy of a location it is. Bathrooms are clean. Not a tonne of interior seating, but enough if you don't go during peak hours.

we got the wrong food after at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru! Ordered 3 meals and got food for 2 people. Didnt notice till it was too late. Not their fault it was busy but we would have liked what we ordered. Zero stars and will never stop here again

It's McDonald's. Waited 2 or three minutes after the drive-through, was rewarded with a freshly made double quarter w cheese, and fresh hot fries! Ate in my car, then back on Hwy 7.
I wish they had better signage on 7 Westbound, it avoids the light, and is the de facto way back out to continue westbound. But it sneaks up on you in the approach. Just sayin'

Nuggets at other locations lately have been awful but here they were great! Tried the dill dip, worth it!

Good location enroute from Ottawa. Right off Hwy 7 with easy access. Lots of parking. Not a fan if self-ordering, that's what I'm paying for in price. Lots of people were standing around waiting for their order which crowded the order arra. They will take your order at the counter if you stand there. Food was brought to our table while we waited about 10 minutes, seemed a long wait for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Maybe it was just busy.
Clean, but very busy. Sometimes the service is slow for getting your food. It's at a highway junction, so it's always busy. Expect to wait.

I have stopped at the Madoc McDonals probably a dozen times. Today was the last straw. I ordered a 1/4 pounder. Small fry small coke. And a XL green tea. Was told to get it at the combo price. I had to get a med coke and a med fry. Ok. Whatever. Got in the car. Reached for a fry. Barely warm. ( I wasn’t even out of the parking lot ) they were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Thank god I got a med coke to dilute the salt In my mouth. Threw them in the bag. Opened the 1/4 pounder. Saw cheese. First off. I absolutely did not order a 1/4 pounder with cheese. I’m lactose intolerant. Second. I absolutely hate sliced cheese. Took 3 bites. Couldn’t eat it. Threw it in the bag. After I thought the tea had cooled off enough to take a sip. I took the lid off and thought that it looked weak. Tasted it. Yup. Weak. Looked and there was only one bag put in where an XL always has 2 bags. Wow. So I spent almost $18 for a meal I didn’t/couldn’t eat. And a crappy weak tea. BRUTAL I have stopped here mostly for breakfast when I’m traveling. Egg McMuffin and 2 hash browns. The hash browns are never hot. But always semi soggy. Like they aren’t cooked enough Never crisp. What a joke this place is. Order 252-1. November 27 at approx 11 am

Cindy I am calling you out directly. Every time I come to this location Cindy cuts me off when I’m ordering and says pull up to your first window. Listen Cindy, I’m not finished ordering. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Today she asked for my order and then asked me to stop because she was getting someone else at the window. Like I get it but also don’t ask for my order unless you’re ready tot take it and listen.
