Mehul & Dhrum are awesome. I got stranded at Subway & was super not thrilled, but they were so kind & chatted with me while I waited for my friends to come rescue me. They make a mean meatball marinara too. They absolutely deserve all the raises!! đ€

Subs were great and were made with care, one of the bathrooms was out of order and the floors were extremely messy but actively being cleaned, it seemed like someone trashed the floors but thankfully they were actively cleaning them up! Lots of selections of sides overall a great experience and would recommend.

The stores needs to maintain hygine. Flies and staff not the most hygienic. Flies sat on the food and they didnât bother to switch it out⊠disappointing.

Terrible customer service. We were a large group (3 adults 6 kids). One child didn't want subway so he grabbed food from tim hortons and the rest of us were going to order subs. As soon as we walked in we were told outside food was not permitted. However we explained that it's only 1 CHILD and the rest of us (8 other people) were going to order subs. He told the child he can eat his food outside. So we all left and ate at tim hortons. We found it EXTREMELY rude of the employee and he lost our business. We will not be going back.

I was there to purchase food from subway but left to go beside to Tim Horton instead.
Wonât wrap 12â subs as two 6â subs. Despite tipping extra. Wonât accept coupons, very cheap on toppings.

I had a really positive experience at Subway. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was made exactly to my liking, with fresh ingredients and warm, soft bread. I appreciated how customizable everything was, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Wouldnât let us individually wrap the halves of 2 12â subs despite offering to pay a fee. 10 cents in extra packaging to miss out on a $60 bill. Very short sighted. 2 stars as we used their washroom.

Girl was talking to someone else through her AirPods the entire time and made me repeat myself everytime maybe if they took their earbuds out we wouldnât have an issue they also only had plain bread at the time I went
