Stopped into the Madoc Tim Hortons on a long trip Home and was so happy with the level of friendly customer service. Carmen and Deb served me and were kind and patient as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I find that the cleanest and friendliest Tim Hortons are always in the small towns. Thank you Carmen and Deb!!

Staff is friendly and fun. We did the Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign with them for The Heart of Hastings Hospice and it was a blast! The location is a busy one, but the staff do their best to keep up with the rush.

Much better pricing then it's US counterparts. Love the savory pastries. The French Vanilla was good but could have been a little less sweet. Good service and the place was kept clean.
