I came in to the store today to use the washroom and when i went to use the toilet this is what i saw! Black mold growing on the back of the seat i actually work at a Timmy’s myself and i know it would take some time for black mold to form on the toilet seats so i assume it has not been cleaned in some time, i ended up mot using this restroom! Hopefully the staff/owner fixes this!

Very disappointing visit, Sunday Aug 3rd 4:30 pm. Fifth in line and it took 30 minutes to place out in house order. Lots of staff present but not much happening not even to take an order. Bathrooms are very dated and small for such a high traffic area.

Deb made our visit a real pleasure. Such a happy demeanor, such attentive service. On the ball, keeping an eye on multiple customers at once. Approach makes all the difference in how a customer feels about an interaction. Deb turned the grumpy mood in our car (500 mile trip) right around.
