Deb made our visit a real pleasure. Such a happy demeanor, such attentive service. On the ball, keeping an eye on multiple customers at once. Approach makes all the difference in how a customer feels about an interaction. Deb turned the grumpy mood in our car (500 mile trip) right around.
I was a teen still when this Tim's opened. I hate to say I'm almost 33 and she still is as well maintained as ever... better than me. It's very welcoming there, and they actually get my order right which isn't easy to find in my current city. Please teach other places how Tim's is supposed to be!!!!
Bagel was toasted well and cut through.
Wrap was toasted well and toppings evenly distributed.
