What I don’t appreciate is the attitude. When I ask an employee at the drive in window if he is wearing a mask because he’s feeling sick and his reply is “ I refuse to answer that question” really! What about whether or not I refuse to take my food from you? . Just an ignorant , snotty response and quite honestly after Covid no one’s got time for that attitude. Just a bad customer experience for sure

I come to this location everyday and this one lady that takes the orders is always in a bad mood and has an attitude for no reason and this happens everyday and honestly if u don’t like ur job then leave

I placed an order online - it was messed up. I had my daughter in the car and couldn’t leave the car to go in. Super long drive thru line so I just called requesting a refund and was told that I have to come in to get a refund and there was nothing they could do, which is an absolute joke. I was speaking with someone named Sam.

Working afternoons and went in at 730 and they already shut down everything. Couldn't get anything to eat except donuts or a deli sandwich . No soup, no flatbread pizza, no bowls no wraps. Nothing hot. Just brutal. I left, and won't go back to this Tim Hortons.

Very quick service for people who aren’t lazy and actually walk in to order, usually these places give preferential treatment to drive thru customers but walking in was just as quick as the drive thru. A thank you to the quick employees!

By far the friendliness Tim's I have visited in a very long time. Very clean as well.
The wait staff that took my order (large chilly, no bun and a medium green tea) and to the staff member that prepared my order. You both were so polite and cheerful and great smiles. Thank you. You put the gloomy day behind me and made me smile all the way back to my truck. The kindness in this Tim's could be felt throughout the whole restaurant. Every customer left smiling and I am sure feeling good about choosing to walk in for service. Thank you and blessings to you all. Also a thumbs-up to managers and owner as this staffs positive attitude reflects on good business practices. 👏
