Used to be a good place but the guy always had a bad attitude and now I’m never coming back because for no reason,After placing our order and waiting , we called to ask where the driver is as it was takin way longer than usual. We are patient but it took so long that we had to call.We talk to owner with a bad attitude and he tells us that he will find out about our order and call us back.We waited and he never once called us back, so we called again and surely enough, his response to us is “ yes your pizza was already delivered at the address you provided”Well, I have cameras on my property and can assure you not a single delivery person every showed up.Was zero help and couldn’t care less.Supported this place even with the bad attitude at times and now no more.

Ordered pizza and wings last night, food was delicious and 5 star for driver, he was polite, when I asked him why you knocked on door and not using door bell ring, he replied with smile said some times kids sleeping in house and he didn’t want to disturb them by using door bell ring. That was so nice of him.Again thank you for your great service.

This is my first and last time I will ever order from 241 pizza. I called to ask if they can provide me with a rough delivery time, as it has been over an hour for the pizza to arrive. The person on the phone told me he doesn’t know, and I told him it was over and hour of waiting, and asked if he can ask the driver. He rudely started raising his voice telling me he doesn’t know and that I’m wasting his time. He kept asking if I want to just cancel the order, however i simply wanted a delivery update.He was rude, he started yelling that he’s busy with a customer, and didn’t care at all that I was waiting for an hour. Never in my life have I experience such disgusting customer service. Not to mention my order was missing toppings. Never ordering again.
