People in this location doesn't give a damn. They ask you to go to the front and pick up even when you are in drive thru. It happened to me almost every single time. What's the point of having a drive thru if customers still have to park the car somewhere then go to the store to pick up? Worst thing is they "run out of" stuff from time to time. like seriously, this is a fast food chain, the company spend millions of dollars on inventory distribution. How are you guys running out of basic stuff?

This is my goto for late night meals after movies. Try their beyond meat burgers. Hmmm I love it.
The food is OK. More a fan of their chicken items then their burgers to be honest. Their fries are also just OK. It's fun to get rootbeer in their frozen mugs if you dine in.

Worst A&W I’ve ever been to. Terrible service. Have had to wait multiple times for more than 5 -15 min at the drive-thru window for them to take my order. Completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru when it takes 25 min just to get food….the managers need to take action. They also tell all their employees to charge for sauce when every other A&W I’ve been to doesn’t even charge for it. One time I asked to replace the chipotle mayo with barbecue sauce and the lady was saying no she would have to charge me even tho it was for allergy reasons (my daughter is anaphylactic to eggs). It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that they said ok they weren’t going to charge for it when at other locations I only have to ask once and they give me 2 bbq sauces for free. Also I went there today and no one was answering the drive thru window so I called the gas station and asked to speak to A&W and the guy working there answers the phone sounding high and I ask why is no one answering the drive thru window and he says because there are a bunch of orders he needed to finish making before he could take my order when there was only one car in front of me….ridiculous. That’s not how you operate a drive-thru. So unprofessional and he literally was giving me attitude for asking. Honestly worst service ever. I rather drive the extra 10 min to get good service than wait at the drive-thru window for lacklustre service and rude employees.
