4.8/5 for any barBurrito is as fake news as it gets. This location is no exception. They're also terrible at having uber eats orders ready for drivers. I bet Barburrito staff are reading this review thinking.. "lol this is absolute FAX". How on earth this is a 4.8 is beyond human comprehension.
The floor here is a 2.9 and the ceiling is a 3.2
Understaffed (clearly cutting costs) and not friendly either.

They barely filled up the bowl to the inner line… and that was asking them repeatedly to put a bit more lettuce and more of the condiments. This is ridiculous.

Vegetarian options: Ordered vegetarian burritos and they barely put any toppings or sauce on our burritos. I've been going there for years and have noticed them skimping out recently. Not worth it any more to order from there. I will make my own at home.

Do not go to this location is my suggestion I ordered the Uber 2 for 1 offer. I drove extra to get the offer rather than the location closer to me I got there and noticed I only had 1 of my burritos. I asked for the second one per the order as was told that doesn’t exist that I only order one I showed my Uber receipt and said it shows the special right there I was told I didn’t select the second burrito I advised that it’s a 2 for 1 it’s the same one twice they wouldn’t honour it and was not willing to do anything. There was no service element to it either it was we are not giving you your second burrito now leave. Bad experience hope others don’t face this and that the owners and people working there learn from this and provide better service in the future. If your hurting for business and this is what you do then maybe sell your franchise is my advice.

This place is a rip off, a regular quesadillas is only given 2 small scoops of shredded chicken, even a petite person like me who doesn’t eat much thinks it’s way too little for the price, when I asked for just a little more and told her other bar burritos gives more, was told it’s the standard amount and it costs $2 for additional small scoop.. my jaw literally dropped when she said that.. I basically paid $11.99 plus tax for something not filling at all, had to find something else to eat at home.. suggestion to owner, when a customer is asking for just a little more, give it to keep your customer coming back.
I ordered a burrito here and as I love cilantro, asked for extra in a small cup. Upon adding little by little as I reached the end of the cup here I found a little critter. I also noticed they use the same gloves to touch the sauce bottles to then wrap the burritos. The atmosphere is friendly, just not as sanitary as I can hope for. I would give more stars as other parts weren't too bad, but I can't because the restaurant fails at its job if their number one priority isn't its food's health and safety.
