Staff were helpful and they had a large variety of ready cakes with trendy themes

They also have kernels popcorn which was super fresh as they make it on site

Very clean inside and they have quite a few seats

This Baskin-Robbins location has become our family favourite! The Superhero Ice Cream Cake was incredible—bright, fun, and absolutely delicious. It was a huge hit with everyone.
The Nutty Caramel ice cream is another standout. Rich, creamy, and perfectly nutty—definitely a flavour we’ll keep coming back for.
And we love that they have Kernels popcorn here too! Fresh, tasty, and such a great extra treat for the kids (and us!).
Great service, amazing treats, and a place our whole family enjoys. Highly recommend!

Today was the second time that I ordered an ice cream cake 🎂 for my kids birthday from this location. I have to say that the service was amazing, they did exactly what I asked for, it was done on time and the cakes looked amazing. They are so beautifully done, it's a piece of art. The kids loved the taste and were amazed how creative the cakes looked. Highly recommended and will definitely order from this location again. P.s each location does different cakes, so I highly recommend this location, the women that did those cakes is truly an amazing artist.

I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins! The cake artist here is amazing and can pretty much bring any design I ask for to life. I’ve been ordering all of my family’s birthday cakes from them for years, one by one, and they never disappoint. The cakes always look incredible and taste even better. This Baskin Robbins is my #1 choice for special occasions, and I’ll definitely be sticking with them!

Came here this past weekend and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Baskin Robbins.

To start off, the portion size was shockingly small. I ordered a single scoop of mint chocolate chip on a cone, and what I received was barely more than a spoonful. I’ve been to several other Baskin Robbins locations before and have never encountered such a ridiculously tiny serving—especially for $7. For that price, I would at least expect a proper scoop, not something that looked like it was rationed out of guilt.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service, or rather, the complete lack of it. When I approached the counter, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. They didn’t even acknowledge me at first—I stood there waiting awkwardly while they chatted amongst themselves. It wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure why I was being ignored, but the vibe felt like they were annoyed that I even came in to order.

Eventually, when someone did come over, they were cold and dismissive, almost as if I was bothering them by placing an order. There was no smile, no greeting, no basic courtesy. Just a robotic “what do you want?” kind of energy. After waiting that long, I was handed a cone that looked like it had been scooped for a toddler’s toy set.

Overall, I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Horrible customer service, an offensively small portion, and a total lack of care from the staff. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning—and I’d strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Plenty of other ice cream spots in town that actually give you what you pay for and treat you with basic respect.

Marked up prices compared to other locations. And the Frugal owners keep locks on fridge doors to save electricity cost. So cheap.

got a custom mermaid themed ice cream cake for my daughter's 6th birthday. wife spoke with Sanye who designed and made this cake. we got compliments from all the parents for the design and details and the kids loved the mermaid tails.

Ordered a cake online. It was decorated very nicely. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake flavour for my mom birthday as it’s her favourite , but we were very disappointed from the lack of cheesecake
