Most inconsistent bubble tea I've ever had in my bubble tea career.... 9/10 times it tastes like water with a splash of tea and sugar. Had to throw out my drink numerous times, literally undrinkable!

Thank you for replying my concern, but you lost the point. Ithink you over charge for a tasteless tea and milk. 2. I told yor cashier that I am first time there and what I want, so she could guide me better. 3. I asked for milk 2%. She mixed cream with hotwater. So I got cramps bcz I can not digest cream.4. I never compared your tea with signature. I said your tea was awful.... 4. I told the lady that the tea taste like water, but she did not offer another drink at all. she added more tea that tasted worst after.Your service was not as you are describing on google. sorry.I am not sure the milk tea is worth trying. I got the milk and tea without sugar or any topping. very blanc for $6.22. It was waste of money. I could not finish drinking. I don´t understand the overprice drinks.I always get chai tea with 2 milk, no sugar at timhortons for only 2.00 box and it taste sooo much better.I would never go back to chattime, if you dont want sugar, it tastes awful......

Tapioca here is ALWAYS soft, I have been here every week and its just as good EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!My go to is the Brown Sugar Pearl Oat Milk. Highly Recommended!The staff here are always super polite, they greet you when you come in and even have STICKERS!Place is almost always clean. Overall, 5/5 def better than other Chatimes.

i just ordered around 930pm sept 16 2023 via uber, please train your night time staff how to read tickets and to strain seeds when asked for no seeds in the passionfruit drinks. usually they get my order right as i am a reoccuring delivery order customer but tonight they got 1 of my drinks completely wrong, they put seeds in my smoothie and mango boba instead of lychee. still giving 5 stars and will not put in a claim as the owner is really great and most staff at this store are also and get my drinks perfect every time except for today. all i ask is to please do a bit investigation into who made my order tonight and to provide a bit better training on these issues. thank you

The best Chatime I’ve been to. They are prompt with orders and even offer to pop the straws in your drinks for you. They let you take your time if you’re still looking at the menu, and they greet you on entry. Consistent service from experience and observation. Also, an adequate amount of seating.Amazing service, 5/5!
