Churrasqueira Red Rooster Portuguese BBQ- bathurst

We placed take out orders and were surprised to find no cutlery and tissue 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I was forced to eat my salad with my hands... we will not be returning to this establishment. 😣 👎👎

Disappointing

Did a large takeout order. Chicken was fantastic. Cooked to perfection. Rice and potatoes excellent.

Classic spot for some Portuguese chicken that will always be delicious for the whole family! Always consistent with their flavours.

Great place for Portuguese bbq. Dined in and enjoyed the 1/2 chicken with rice and potatoes with sauce (hot). The sauce was so good we also ordered 2 bottles of it to take home. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

We picked up a whole chicken from here, and it was disgusting. The chicken was probably a day old and they just reheated it, and you can clearly taste it. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The food is not authentic Portuguese food, and you should be embarrassed of yourselves. What kind of place serves old, reheated chicken to their customers? They don’t care about their customers and clearly think they’re stupid or they wouldn’t serve such garbage.

Best chicken and the wings are to die for. And the fries are insane. My favorite when I'm in the area

The chicken is a little dry, but the seasoning is very tasty. Definitely get the hot sauce on the side (which they charge extra for).

I’ve been to this restaurant a few years back hoping to have the same taste as I had a back then , upon my return I have never been this disappointed at this restaurant. The chicken tasted over cooked, the ribs tasted like few days old and had a chewy taste to it. Overall I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This place is NOT FRESH.
