This was my first time having Portuguese BBQ. It was a delicious meal. It tastes home cooked with fresh ingredients. The staff here are amazing. They brought the food and drinks to our table once it was ready. They did check up on us, like the big chain restaurants normally do. I did try a small chicken pastry and I ended up taking one home for my wife too. Parking is a bit tight as it shares a parking lot with the medical clinic.
The chicken slices combo was fine but the potatoes were not seasoned like many other Portuguese restaurants offering peri peri potatoes. The ambience was good. What took me by surprise was they charged us extra for hot sauce without informing us. Places like Nandos freely let's you try their various types of sauces. If it's an extra charge for a small portion of hot sauce it should have been told to me at the time of ordering and not come as a surprise at the time of...
Food is OK. Chicken was a little dry. Potatoes were good and rice was bland. They’re very stingy on the portions though. Considering they cost 30% more than any other similar place around. The price is just way high for the food. It’s not like it’s higher quality or anything. The food is just OK but the prices are outrageous. If you don’t mind paying more for decent quality food, then go ahead but otherwise skip this place. Also notice the portions are very stingy
