I’ve been coming here for years and the scones are 10/10. Today I got every flavour, each one was so good I’d recommend them all. Dylan was so helpful, kind, and patient, great service :)

When enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon, I gathered everything on my list except for bread. I found this wonderful local bread spot, tucked away and hidden. The smell of overpowered all the noise, so I went in. I purchased the sourdough and flax, golden loaf, sliced fresh. The fresh fermented, mild, and baked to perfection, brought me to a place of time, when my grandmother used to bake bread. A time of post war. I tried many different sorts of sourdough and this particular loaf was by far the closest to my grandmothers recipe.

Thank you for bringing back my childhood memories.

Absolutely horrible service. I was ignored and then told I needed to communicate better when I didn't announce I was ready to tap my card. Just a rude cashier .

Came here to grab danishes, a bit disturbed by the amount of flies buzzing around in the display...

Just want to know what time you open in the morning? Every time I go there at 6:30 am not open the lights there off .its kind annoying to go there .if you guys can open at 6:30 change the to the time so I don’t waste my time to go there ,

Cobs bread is an amazing place to get sweets from, I've been here many times before I usually get the scones, everytime I try them they are amazing, but this time when I went they were probably the best scones I've ever had . They are so affordable and they always have fresh and amazing sweets. Very recommend

Tried out the cinnamon buns.....I do not recommend!
They used way to.much sugar and the cinnamon is over powering. I bought these at 3pm and they were already stale.

They deserve 0 stars if that was an option! Horrible behaviour by the lady at the front counter working morning hours on a week day. Was denied a birthday reward because she couldn’t see it, but it was loaded on my app and she lied because customer service and corporate told me she was wrong, and she just did not want to honour the reward. Had the offer loaded, made multiple purchases before it as well. Been a loyal customer until this experience, tolerated her unethical behaviour (even before she was always rude and cold) but since this experience, and her nasty attitude, lying for a reward and being rude, verbal and physical gestures of how she cannot help me, and she also tried to take a personal attack on my character saying how someone else probably tried to use my reward already and implied that I was trying to take advantage of my reward. I still nice and ethical back and even told her it wasn’t her fault (after her denying me something I know she could honour and I have a code for), until customer service told that it’s her fault and she had no right to deny me of my reward because they could clearly see it on their end. Have decided to NOT BE a customer to cobs anymore. Seems like she’s miserable working there and ruins peoples experiences. Taking my money somewhere else, theres many wonderful bakeries to give my business to. Location of this horrible incident is in Vaughan, Major Mac (2810 Major Mac). Horrible people working here (especially this mid aged lady), who have zero manners or customer service skills, they deserve to be shut down! Also, seems like their system is always shut down purposely for their own advantage most times. Unethical and ruining cobs name for everyone! ITS A NO FROM ME. Also, corporate was not HAPPY with this location when they heard of my experience with them.

I came in a few months ago for a promo they were doing, I see that other people have had problems with promo, particularly at this locationI've been to other locations for similar promo and have never had any problems, this location, they said I must use the app, in the e-mail it never state that you need the app, the staff also mention that I won't be able to get the promo item right away I need to use the app, made my purchase, and get the item the next dayThe staff wasn't rude in any way, but it felt like they made what should be a very effortless situation very difficult, I went to another nearby location and got the promo without question, nor did I need to use to app
