Today I came into the store to redeem my birthday reward. The woman who was at the front counter had a sour attitude. She was pointing out how recently I joined and even made a rude comment towards me when I was having some trouble with the app. She continued to make comments and to make me feel like crap when I was just trying to redeem my birthday reward and give cobs bread a try. I will never be returning here as she really made a mark on my first time here. This was an awful experience

I’d give them negative stars if possible because of the terrible and unwelcoming service. The lady at the front desk is so arrogant and rude to deal with and they barely have anything prepared ever!!

I wouldn’t recommend sourdough Vienna from them. It was denser than amazon forest.

Bakery items are absolutely delicious. Wish they could do something about the amount of flies inside the bakery item showcase though.

I was in the area and remembered my son asked for some bagels. Lory was very patient with my questions (I don’t buy bagels often and wasn’t sure which one I should choose). I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help.

Came here for the first time to hopefully try to get some fresh items. Walked out with a baguette, came home and could barely cut it because it was so dry and hard. Spent 4$ on a baguette that isn’t even edible. Ended up scraping the top of my mouth and could barely even bite into it. Safe to say will never come back here.

The food is okay, but the young cashier had a very bad attitude. I clearly said what I wanted, but she gave me the wrong item and even blamed me. Although this used to be one of my favorite stores, I won’t be coming back.

Friendly staff good selection of bread and very good scones

Yesterday my wife and I stopped in and were treated so well I had to comment…… baked goods are always amazing. The front counter staff and manager truly understand customer service….. looking forward to seeing them again
