I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I asked for a coffee as soon as I was seated, and my server told me a fresh pot was brewing and it would be right out. My meal arrived (brought by a runner, not my server), I finished eating, and I never received the coffee at all.
What stood out was the lack of any check-ins — my server made eye contact with me several times, and the restaurant wasn’t busy, but she never approached. She continued seating new tables and bringing other guests their coffee while mine never came.
When the runner cleared my plate, I asked for the bill. My server brought it promptly, along with the payment machine, but when I tried to speak up about the missing coffee, she repeatedly turned to talk to people waiting at the door. I had to start speaking several times before she finally heard me, and she seemed surprised when I said, “I never did get that coffee.”
I don’t often leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely poor service from start to finish. I hope management uses this feedback to improve staff attentiveness.

The owner was rude, we waited for 20 mins to order, food never came after waiting for an hour, i came a different time, it was better but food was average and expensive and tiny portions, go to cora if u want a good time. Edit: the company seems nice after reply, I'll change to 4 star

I took my family out for brunch to this Eggsmart location as it was highly recommended. The food was ever so tasty and nicely presented. I love a good freshly squeezed orange juice to go with my brunch and good coffee, boy did they deliver!. The venue is very modern, very clean and family oriented. The staff were lovely and very attentive. We’re definitely coming back. :)

Went there this morning with my bed outfit like a homeless man and ordered 8eggs and orange juice. The manager himself engaged in taking my order and greeted me very well plus he also said bread and potato wedges on him. He is a gentleman, this planet need more of him.

This location is very well managed. Dining area is always clean, food is always piping hot along with freshly brewed coffee. I was served by Julia. She was very polite, friendly and gave me excellent customer service. I liked how she was making small conversations with her guest in between serving to make them feel like they are dining in a family owned place and not a franchise. I had a nice chat with her.
I will surely visit it again for the exceptional food and service from staff.
